We loved staying at this boutique hotel. We stayed in Como one night on our way home from the lake before heading back to Milan to fly out the next day and it was the perfect place for us. The room was small, but perfect for what we needed and really clean! The location is very central in the historic district with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff were so friendly and helpful giving us recommendations on where to go and what to do as well. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Como!

On arrival we were greeted by Nicoletta who was so lovely. Sat us down, offered water and coffee whilst she told us about the area. Being a boutique hotel in the centre the rooms are quite small but there is everything you could want. Rituals toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, Nespresso coffee machine a fridge and a safe. Not had breakfast yet but we are here for 3 nights so will find out tomorrow! Lake Como and the ferry is literally 10mins from the hotel.

We recently stayed 3 nights in this beautiful place. We were greeted very warmly by Nicola and provided with full information about this beautiful town while we were served coffees and sweets and nothing was too much trouble for their lovely staff to ensure that our stay is perfect. The property is immaculate and the breakfast delicious. They even offer Prosseco as part of the breakfast to enhance the experience in this magical place Lake Como. The hotel is located right in the heart of the old town, close to the Port, shops, restaurants. We highly recomend it. THANK YOU all beautiful people at 73 Boutique Hotel, we hope to see you soon.

We traveled with a group of 16 and just about filled the hotel. Diana was just amazing, and professionally and kindly took care of our every need. She paid attention to every detail and offered very helpful information along with great local suggestions. We looked forward to speaking to her each morning at breakfast (which was also good). The hotel was very charming and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was in an excellent location to many shops and restaurants and was very close to the water’s edge. The outdoor seating area was also very nice. Highly recommend!

Our large group of 16 stayed at 73 Boutique Hotel for three nights. It is in a great location, a short walk to Lake Como. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Diana was amazing. She took the time to learn our names and give us helpful advice. The breakfast was very good! (Order the avocado toast and try the pastry cream!) The rooms are beautiful, and the aperitivo out front is a must.

Just returned from a 4 night stay in this fabulous hotel. Tucked away but right in the old walled town of Como close to the lake, Cathedral and lots of incredible restaurants. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and a great breakfast included. But the real highlight is the staff. All were lovely, kind and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Dianna and Nicoletta whose welcome and recommendations for where to go and restaurants were just fab. We had a lovely surprise from the staff on our wedding anniversary too. Highly recommend for a Como stay or a base to explore further afield.

This hotel is the perfect place to visit when coming to Como. It is centrally located and just 5 minutes from the lake itself. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning set you up nicely for the day and you could always get a nightcap when returning late. Highly recommend.
