Diciembre de 2024|I recently stayed at Elnea, part of the charming 7 Art Hotel in Cannes, and it was an exceptional experience. The property is extremely comfortable, with well-appointed rooms that provide a perfect retreat after a busy day. Noemi and her husband were outstanding hosts—kind, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests or recommendations. Thank you so much!||The location is incredibly convenient, situated just a short walk from the Cannes Congress Center, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Additionally, the hotel is close to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping, yet it maintains a peaceful ambience that ensures a relaxing stay.||I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Cannes. Hotel 7 Art was amazing. The owners/hosts/receptionists are more helpful than any hotel I have stayed in. They helped me find unique restaurants around town that most visitors wouldn't find, suggested historical places and things to do, and also helped me and my wife with how the tram and buses work. The building is old like most in Europe but they completely gutted and re-did the building, they even have a photo album with the before/during/after pictures of the hotel. You can tell the place is completely re-done. Everything is super clean and the attention to detail is a refreshing change compared to the normal hotel. It isn't a large building but it has everything you need including a breakfast area and nice patio to have a glass of rose. The location doesn't get any better than this! Less than a block away you can catch the bus and train, a few hundred feet away is my favorite local street that truly feels like what I had imagined France feeling like, walking straight out the door 2 blocks down and your standing in-front of the Cannes film festival building which is on the beach. I can't give this hotel higher accolades.

This hotel is in a great location to get around, it is very central and close to public/Private beaches. Rooms are very cool because of the great air con, wifi works throughout the hotel and has a smoking area within the hotel so you don't have to stand outside the building smoking. Rooms are small but we had a room with two bathrooms which was a lovely surprise. Staff here were lovely and very helpful in giving directions and recommendations. The cons about this hotel are that the room was quite dull and didn't ever really get a lot of light which wasn't really an issue for us as we didn't spend much time in the room. The shower curtains in the bathroom had a horrible smell off them, but I think that might be down to the fact they are made out of material and they were constantly getting wet.

We enjoyed our stay in this little charming Boutique hotel well located in the center of Cannes. Walking distance to almost everywhere (Beach, Shops, restaurants, train station...). Rooms are very comfortable and cosy and the design is brilliant. The staff was really helpful and nice. We look forward to staying again at the 7 Art Hotel!

I booked this hotel for myself and my 16 year old son for one night whilst we were in Cannes. It is very close to the train line, opposite the police station and right on a main junction so beware it is fairly noisy. It wasn't an issue for us but those expecting a quiet stay, it is not. To gain entry you buzz and someone comes from another retail unit, we worked out what each other was saying and shown to our room. All rooms are up a steep spiral staircase again not an issue for us but others should be aware. The room had 2 single beds, separate toilet and shower, a TV (only one English speaking channel), air-conditioning unit, safe, hanging space and good lighting and mirrors. Overall I'd stay here again for one night, I love it's quirky decor and don't need reception facilities etc.

We stayed at this clean, spacious apartment gor 6 nights. Property is well maintained, air conditioned, has fridge and kitchenette. Our train was an hour late, but we had no problem to check in. Reception was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was at a great location. Service was very organized and helpful. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need. Nice terrace at the 1st floor. Self check in possibility which is great if you are arriving late. Overall I recommend the Hotel.
