Mixed feelings about this place. The whole time we were there, we literally only saw like 3 staff members in the entire place (2 at the restaurant and 1 person at the reception, that’s it). And most of the time the entire hotel felt like empty, and not in a “cool relaxed way” but more of an “abandoned” way, which was super weird. They have very limited and specific opening hours for their restaurant/lounge area, and when they close they literally CLOSE the entire restaurant/bar and the 2 restaurant staff members leave for hours! They open only from 1:30pm to 4pm and then open until 7pm to 11:30pm (BUT Sundays they DON’T open at ALL which is hilarious because the weekend should be the day with most activity in a hotel, so if you’re thinking you’re gonna spend your Sunday here chilling in their lounge area ordering drinks all day, think again lol, since there’s not even a cup of coffee you can order here). The entire staff leaves and there’s no service at all, not even a soda or beer you can order, not even a Vending machine. On Saturday we arrived at 3pm to the hotel, so we only had 1hr of service at the restaurant (just drinks, because food is only served till 3pm) and we had planned to “stay there relaxing at their lounge area enjoying some drinks and the nice view” so in order to do this, we had to ask them to sell us a bunch of beers and soda water, so when they close and left, at least we could have a few drinks there on our own (we asked for a cooler to keep our drinks cold, but they didn’t have one). The staff was helpful though, and they agreed to sell us the drinks like this, but it felt a bit ridiculous that we had to do this. Also, we had read the reviews before coming here and everyone mentioned their “in-room breakfast” unfortunately we were surprised that this is not even “optional” the breakfast MUST be served in your room since they don’t have restaurant service at that time 🥲. So again, very inconvenient. It sounds “cool” that they bring the breakfast to your room, but there’s no comfortable table or chairs in the room to actually enjoy it, and they won’t accept to serve it to you outside, so our breakfast felt a bit uncomfortable since we had all the plates crammed in the little room table, and if you’re missing anything, you have to send a WhatsApp text to ask for salt or an extra plate of something, so it’s really inconvenient. The hot tub service is included for free, you can reserve the specific time you tell them and you can stay there for an hour or two (no extra charge). The hot tub water wasn’t as hot as they mentioned which for us was great since we usually enjoy cooler temperatures, and actually we had asked them to lower the temperature of our hot tub, but they said that’s not possible, luckily to our surprise once we got to our hot tub we noticed water was around 35-36 *C , not 38.5 *C as they said. Regarding rooms, they’re nice and spacious, there’s only 2 levels, SO I would advice requesting a room on the lower level since they have the best view, ALL the top floor rooms’ view is a bit affected by the lower rooms’ roof…. The roof is so long it kind of ruins the view for all the top rooms (you can see this in the photos). Anyway, we had an OK-ish time here, but we wouldn’t stay here again. They sell this as a “unique boutique” experience, but it’s actually just a few rooms ran by 3 staff members with very limited services, so it feels more like a B&B type of place, where you rent and you’re just on your own.
