8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill

We had breakfast at 8100 Mountainside during our 7-night holiday stay, and overall it was a really good experience. A big shoutout to the servers, Shasha, Mauricio, Asya, Illyan, Todor, and Benjamin. Every single one of them provided excellent service. Friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. Service like that honestly makes a difference. We’ve been coming to the Park Hyatt for the last four years, so we’ve seen how things change over time. This year, the breakfast options for both à la carte and the buffet felt a little more limited compared to last year. Specially, we really missed the fresh fruit juice bar which they had in past. That said, the overall food quality was still great. The French toast from the à la carte menu was easily the highlight and one of the best item we had. All in all, great service, good food, and still a breakfast spot we enjoy coming back to every year.

Fun little bar to sit at and watch the skiers or place to come after you ski. Plenty of seating inside and outside. It has heaters outside so that’s nice. There are also TVs outside . Nice cocktail options but the service for cocktails was unnecessarily long. It was fine as we were just sitting and chatting but should not happen when the crowds were not big

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality the food here. Actually, that's an understatement. We were blown away by how good it was. Compliments to the chef! We usually eat somewhere in the village, but on this night (Late September) we decided to eat at the restaurant where we were staying — the Hyatt. The service and atmosphere were terrific. We're coming back with our 3 kids and their spouses, this weekend. Can't wait for them to enjoy it, like they we do.

Christian made this experience wonderful! He’s fantastic and took great care of us. The views for apres are perfect and so is the vibe. We enjoyed the crab spinach dip.

I tried ribeye, pork tomahwak, and cheese buger and they are all good. Servers are well trained.

Shout out to Christian, our server today. He had a certain elegance to him and was very friendly. Shasha was also funny, we like her. The food is great, good champagne options and service was wonderful. The only negatives were the children running around and the ashes from the fire pit flying into my drink.

Loved the bartender’s choice drink! The waitress was soo sweet and patient. She noted down flavors I liked and worked with the bartender for my drink. Can’t complain about the food except for the mushrooms. We asked for no salt but apparently the sauce was premade so no salt was not an option.

Great location slope side at the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek. Service was attentive and efficient. My oxtail onion soup had a noticeably think layer of oil on top, which unfortunately ruined the dish. It was too oily to enjoy so I sent it back.

Christian, our server, made this experience memorable. Amazing service. He's wonderful and the crab spinach dip is also fantastic! Perfect apres vibes and great food!

What a wonderful evening! The food was exceptional as was the service! Loved the atmosphere and location. Christian was THE best & most attentive server ever. (And I dine out a lot.). He was charismatic & knew the menu. I had the trout & it was so flavorful. My colleague had the filet mignon and loved it. We had delicious asparagus & mashed potatoes & we tried the brussel sprouts upon Christians recommendation. Yum!! I had a tasty cocktail before dinner. It was like a peach martini. Our server recommended most of what we ordered and he NAILED it!

Did someone say room service? After having dinner at the Dusty Boot Saloon we really wanted something sweet to end the night. We called into the 8100 Mountainside Bar and Grill and ordered their cookie monster to be brought up to the room and it did not disappoint! The cookie came in a cast iron pan with an aroma that hit us as soon as we opened the door. The ice cream sat beautifully placed on top and was a great contrast to the warm cookie - definitely enough for 2 or three people to share and a delicious treat!

Nice ambient and friendly staff. We're let down with our food.. I would say that it's pricey for a bland food. Coffee was bland too.)': The chicken sausage and the marmalade is good. #honestreview

For the price point truly disappointed last night. My husband and I both ordered the elk. They were out of Foie gras. Even though you are nearing the end of the ski season, you should always be fully stocked of your menu items. The elk were small little medallions and they came cold. The sauce probably would've been tasty Had it been warm or hot. They do have a good wine list. Service is great. it's just our meal came an hour later than we expected and cold. They kept trying to make up for it, but that truly ruins the experience. Two smal elk medallions and next to nothing vegetable aren't worth $72 an entree.

This was the worst experience I have ever experienced. The hostess was extremely rude. The restaurant was empty and I was told there were no tables available. I went to sit at the bar and there were tables available , I asked the bartender if those tables were first come first serve, and she said yes go right ahead . We sat down and were immediately told by the hostess that I couldn't be there to get out !!! This was the most embarrassing moment of my life !! The manager on duty had nothing to say but I'm sorry . This manager has no idea how to handle a restaurant !

We had a great time! A lot of servers to make sure you are happy. Family-friendly atmosphere. Easy start to our week of skiing!

New chef, honestly every single dish was absolutely amazing. No exaggeration. There were 8 of us (including kids), no one ordered the same thing. Consider this a new restaurant under this new chef, it'll be very hard to get a reservation once word gets out. Service was top notch. Christian was amazing, and the staff was very attentive. Given the current situation/strain with restaurant service teams, this was a nice reminder of incredible service. Can't recommend this place enough. The octopus and carpaccio were stars.

Loved the service and host they truly were hospitable and made me feel welcomed and I enjoyed my meal. The pork chop was a bit average and I think the brown gravy actually took away from the flavor of the meat I think a different type of glaze would've been more appropriate and accentuated though meal a little bit more. The lavender cheesecake was very unique and so tasty!!!

skied over from bachelors gulch to have lunch. do not eat here food is flat. There are plenty of options that offer good food, don't eat here.

Avoid this place whenever it is remotely busy. Fabulous location and nice ambience (a Park Hyatt so it should be). Bar-style food is pretty good too. But its very poorly managed and understaffed. Half work really hard while the other staff seem to walk around aimlessly and are unable to assist. They could do twice the food and drink business if they added just a couple more competent servers. Food: 3+ Ambiance: 5 Service: 0 (with no disrespect intended to those few servers who were working their tails off as its not their fault for having no support).

If I could give this restaurant a zero star review, I most absolutely would. We waited for a table for over 45 minutes, and once we were seated, we were not spoken to by any staff for over 20 minutes. Once we ordered, it took another 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Most of it was cold, and some items were missing. Many other tables were served before us, even though we had been seated almost 30 minutes before them. The high chair we asked for was not delivered and we had to get it for ourselves, there was no strap to keep the child in, and there was no trey for food. The bathrooms had no changing table, paper towels, and there was dirty toilet paper all over the floor. There were no apologies for these issues. For over $225 for lunch for 4 adults and 1 kid, we were very disappointed in our experience.

We came here for vacation and it was AMAZING. The line wasn't long and the wait to be seated wasn't bad. The food was nice and of a great quality. The ambiance was good. We sat outside on the patio. The heater were going and the tv was playing (no sound though). Service was more than great. We were served by Alicia!

Love this place. If you're staying at Park Hyatt, and are a globalist, be thankful the hotel has no lounge, because breakfast here is what you'll get as your globalist benefit instead, and that's far better than some cheap beers at the end of the day. The complimentary globalist breakfast buffet (or about $40/pp if paying), is simply wonderful; usually five or six main course options, and you can of course have as much or little of each one as you want, along with numerous side options from deli meats, smoked salmon, bagels, lots of muffins, other pastries, oatmeal, cereals, etc. On top of that, covid has actually made the buffet even more attractive; instead of people sneezing all over everything, the buffet is served from behind panels, so you just let them know what you'd like and take your plate at the end. The staff were incredible every day. They were attentive, accurate, and very helpful. I asked if they had iced coffee one day, the answer was no but I'll be happy to make it for you, and it tasted great. Dinner I only experienced twice, as take-out, but it was reasonable. I definitely preferred a few of the walking distance restaurants in the Village, but if you don't want to leave the hotel, it isn't bad.

For a place of this caliber, I expect exceptional service and yet the exact opposite was received, which seems to be a common theme across the reviews here. Plenty of servers who seem to nonchalantly walk around more than being attentive to the diners' needs/orders. In any case, while the service is lackluster, the food is not! Their cappuccino is fantastic and the Grand Marnier Creme Brulee (with burnt orange, hazelnuts, blackberries, and a chocolate tuile) is incredible-- and a portion size for at least 2-3 people. Didn't have the opportunity to try their entrees, but based on the beverage/dessert experience, I don't have any hesitation the quality would be on par. In summary, come for the food but be prepared to spend a while here!

Great service. Food is solid. Very pleasant dining experience outside. The best meal we had in beaver creek!

I ordered the burrata. It was served way too cold, which prevents the cheese from tasting the way it's meant to taste. Also, the fig jam and zucchini pesto did not taste right together. The service was also subpar. My server didn't refill my water once during my entire meal. And the pepper mill on the table was completely empty. So it's a typical hotel restaurant - overpriced and mediocre.

This place is fabulous for a cocktail hour before you venture out into the village for dinner. We make it our go-to spot every year. It is way to find, offers a gorgeous overview of the slopes, and is close to all the village restaurants. PRO TIP: On Thursday night, go out by the giant fireplace and watch the kids ski down Haymeadow then stay for the fireworks show! Afterwards, you are in the perfect position to waltz inside and grab one of the luxurious lounge areas for your party to sip wine and enjoy the general splendor before heading off to dinner.

We are out in Beaver Creek for weekend to celebrate my husband birthday and we came to this place for dinner and have to say food was fine very small menu, not much to choose from, they just have 3 appetizers, and very few salads, and probably only 5 main courses, we order everything from menu and the only thing was ok is French fries, rest we just eat because we were hungry, service same we had to ask 3 times before we would get it until I told the her that service is bad so after that it got a little better

Thank you, 8100, for putting so much thought into a healthy, fresh and delicious menu. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and catering. I'm impressed every time. Year after year. The offerings are reflective of the Colorado landscape. The take on traditional dishes will tempt your palate, while pleasing your adventurous side. American fare is plentiful, but they are also mindful of the many international guests who come to visit this gorgeous village. The bar has an interesting and substantial collection of whatever you are looking for. This is a departure from a typical hotel bar/restaurant. I look forward to coming back!

Great outdoor seating by the slope at the base! We came in for lunch on a beautiful day after our morning runs on the mountain. Friendly service and food is decent. I ordered tomato soup and lobster tail salad, my husband had the Smoked Brisket Chili and Black Diamond (Kobe) burger. We enjoyed it. It's a nice place to chill, have a glass of wine and people watching (coming down the slope) while enjoying a meal here.

Waited 15 min for someone to even acknowledge us. After asking twice, the only girl from the bar came with an attitude. The burger Pattie was broken and was the driest thing we have ever eaten. We had to add the fries ketchup just to make it tolerable. Not a single person checked on us even though we signaled them 3 times, including the manger. The air curtain by the sliding door does not work, so be prepared to freeze if you're sitting anywhere near the entrance.

Good deal for kiddos and the breakfast bar. The adult breakfast meal is much more expensive ... but was fine.

This restaurant was poor quality. The food was cold and hard as a rock. My burger was similar to a crabby Patty. I'm telling you this is the worst restaurant ever bring your kids because there service was not the best I have seen do not come here if you are a smart person. Also, the experience of eating steak with out a fork like a pig was not good spend you money elsewhere. Best regards Robert schnitzelbutter

Food was delicious. Comfortable environment to break from skiiing but service was slow. Friendly, but slow.

Great location for apres. Food is decent, but not exceptional. Certainly not worth the prices, even taking into account location. Come grab a couple cocktails and a snack after you're done and leave it at that.

This is a great little steak place right at the bottom of the mountain. Not the best Beaver Creek has to offer but has a wide variety on the menu featuring Colorado local specials and plenty for the kids. I ordered the Elk Chops and the Caesar Salad. The salad was not my favorite with not enough dressing and very little ingredients, would not recommend. However, the Elk Chops were amazing. I sent mine back to be cooked more but the staff was nice about it and bought them back cooked perfectly, very high quality meat. Absolutely amazing. This is a pricey place but is an easy, pretty location with some hidden gems on the menu. Although, I would not choose this place as my first pick for dinner after a long day on the mountain.

Overall pretty great! The food was amazing as were the bar drinks, best strawberry mojito ever thanks to the bartender Andres!! He was the best one there, made us feel so well taken care of and just amazingly friendly. 5stars purely because of the bar experiences and the amazing food quality from the chef. Yes the food and drink here is expensive, but that is expected of a restaurant and bar within the Park Hyatt hotel. The quality and taste of the food made it worth it. My only real con is that in the restaurant portion, there was way too much staff wandering around not doing much, while not paying any attention to us when we needed something. Some of the waiters do need to get better with paying attention to customers while others were wonderful.

Elegant 30-foot Bar, beautiful slopeside Dining Room, tables set with a Fireplace in the center. Warm indirect lighting & perfect ambiance has always been a trademark of Hyatt. I didn't want to give up my place by the fire. A glass of Poppy Merlot ($17). Crab Bisque ($11) contained lump crabmeat, & the taste was outstanding. I will come back for more. Prime Filet Mignon 5 oz. ($30) was medium-rare, smooth-textured & tender, but the Bernaise Sauce was oversalted. I cannot imagine why the Chef continues to use so much salt? The grains on top of the steak actually melted on my tongue. Yes, everything on the menu & in the bar was pricey. Speaking of elegant decor, etc. . . As I stood & turned around to pick up my coat, my eyes popped at the sight of a couple at a corner table behind me wearing long white Spa Robes. Dress Code? I guess not.

I don't often leave negative reviews, but the service at 8100 is so unbelievably weak compared to the rest of the beaver creek hyatt experience, I felt I had to say something. We ordered lunch for 2 adults and a kid at noon on a regular weekend ski day without much of a crowd... it took 1.5 hours to get our food. After we asked a couple of times, politely, they suddenly said "oh we gave it to another table." There weren't any other kids at that moment, so I wonder which adult accepted the childrens hot dog and chocolate milk... Very weird, but almost seems true because random servers offered us food meant for other tables 3 times. We also had to ask 4 times to get a booster seat. We didn't complain, but when they finally came by to apologize for the service, they didn't offer a discount on the very expensive bill ($40 cheeseburger, for example), but did offer one free coffee. Very strange experience overall. The food was very good, fortunately - hence the two stars.

Very Disappointing! We have been traveling to Beaver Creek for over 30 years and have always had dinner at 8100 Mountainside during our visits. In past years, it was welcoming of families, had a varied menu, and was reasonably priced. We had dinner on Saturday, March 11. The menu had significantly changed offering far fewer options. The prices had dramatically increased to the point where it is now the most expensive restaurant in Beaver Creek village. Prices on cocktails have increased and they are using smaller glasses. My wife ordered a Cosmo and it was served in a martini glass that was 2/3 the size of a typical martini glass. Finally, we were seated at a hightop near the bar and was not offered a booth or table. This restaurant is now off our list for future Beaver Creek visits unless considerable improvements were made. It is not worth the very expensive prices.

We stayed at the Hyatt and decided to eat here so we could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery. There were two things we notices right off the bat: It was 5:30pm and we were the only ones sitting outside, and second, not a server in sight. After a few minutes, our server brought us our menu and took our drink order. Our order was quite simple: A white wine and a diet coke. It took about 10 minutes for them to be delivered and again, we were the only ones sitting outside. Looking at the menu, I felt like beef. Their options for steak is quite limited, as the offer only one, a 5 or 8 oz filet. No NY Strip, no Rib-eye, nada. Well, no steak for me as a filet may be tender, but is the least flavorful steak of the big three. We both ordered the wedge salad, and it comes with a buttermilk dressing. My wife really liked hers, but I am a 100% Blue Cheese guy and I knew I should have substituted the dressing. It wasn't bad, but the dressing was a bit off for me. My wife ordered the 5 oz filet, medium rare, with grits, bacon wrapped asparagus, and wild mushrooms (We shared the sides). She loved every bit of her meal, and raved how tender her filet was. Not feeling the mood for fish or chicken, I ordered their burger, medium rare. The burger was more on the medium side, but very flavorful and the wild mushrooms were my favorite side. One thing that upset me was that the seats that we had ere not really cleaned. I sat in what appeared to be a chocolate something that got all over my khaki shorts. Well, shorts ruined for the night. Overall, the food was good, service OK, and the short issue, not cool. Stay hungry my friends...

Great après ski spot at the Hyatt with a huge outdoor terrace. Plenty of sun in the afternoon, outdoor tables and lounge seating with fire pits, great views and people watching from the base of the mountain. The servers are very pleasant and efficient. Good wine selection, beers and cocktails. Plenty of delicious small appetizer choices, flat breads, salads, charcuterie, French onion soup, jerk wings, salads, sliders, etc. Definitely recommended for après ski.

3.5 stars. Service was super attentive and friendly. I've read other reviews and I think this place is great for breakfast or lunch and not so good for dinner. We have been here 4 times and they serve delicious soups, salads and sandwiches. For dinner there are much better choices in this wonderful little town. French onion soup is very good and so is clam chowder, there are generous with clams and no bacon which is the way I like it (sorry bacon lovers). The restaurant has beautiful view of Beaver Creek mountain and nice outdoor patio so you can enjoy the food and watch the skiers going down the slopes. It's located inside Hyatt hotel so of course you would expect much better quality of food for dinner but it is what it is, so come for lunch and skip the dinner.

We were pretty excited to have dinner here since our friends at the concierge desk set this up as our final dinner....and it was named as one of the "15 Not to Miss" last year by Esquire....but that reviewer must have drank several bottles of free wine to write that..... In the end we were so disappointed. We got down to the restaurant a bit early and got a decent table next to the fireplace. Our waiter, Scott, was marginal at best....he would disappear for long stretches...and was definitely trained to up sell the most expensive wines that he could (he recommended a $175 bottle - NOT). The place was pretty full on a Friday night (not packed), but it took FOREVER to get a drink or app or entree...it was actually painful and was by far the worst dinner we had. Best thing about it was the Patron Margs.....even though it is STUPID that they are $20 a pop....no way Jose.... I had the Buffalo Strip and it was not that good, and Hot Mamma's trout was worse. Station for cereal/granola, eggs/omelets cooked to order, lots of good bread/cheese/bacon/biscuits and gravy (a personal favorite)/fruit/etc. You get a beautiful view up the mountain from the tables in the bar area. Excellent waiters, and I think it was pretty expensive, over $20 a person, but "on the house" with Diamond status with Hyatt. The BAR is really fun after skiing, and the bartender was awesome!

Had dinner here with a group of 7 people while skiing in Beaver Creek. First they told us that they only had reservations @ 5:30pm for a group of 7 people. Fine, although during our entire meal there were literally over 10 empty tables the entire time from 5:30-8pm, so I call BS. Second, they completely forgot to put in an order for one of our table members. They apologized and rushed the order once every other person meal was at the table. The waitress offered us a free dessert, but since the manager never came to apologize we forced the entire meal to be free. A visit from a manager should have been automatic. Even Outback of all places would do that. Sheesh Third, while the Elk Loin was decent, it was NOT $46 worthy. I've had stunning Elk in Jackson Hole and this was mediocre compared to that meal. On the plus side, the Buffalo meatballs were very good and the service for the rest of the table was great as well. Get the Chipotle Mashed Sweet Potato as a side. YUM! $88 for 3 pieces of Elk Loin(cooked pefectly but still not the succulent Elk I've had previously in Wyoming), 3 Buffalo meatballs, and 1 portion of Chipotle Sweet Potato Mash. Hmmmm, NOT worth that price at all. They get business mostly b/c they are at the resort and are conveniently inside the Park Hyatt.

I ordered the rib-eye steak it was delicious! Best steak ive ever had!

We had a great après here even though we had some issues with the service. -The atmosphere is fantastic--with gorgeous views of the Beaver Creek runs. It's fun seeing the last skiers of the day come down as you enjoy your après adult beverage. -They have live music and multiple fires going. They also give out free s'more kits for guests to use--and it's really cute seeing all the kids making s'mores at the fires (and some kids-at-heart as well!). -It was a beautiful sunny afternoon and we asked to be seated outside in the sun. We were given a table that was about to go into the shade. It was a whole ordeal to get reseated and by the time we did, the sun was almost down already. This was frustrating. They should know which tables stay in the sun when you request that! -At the new table, we asked them to turn on our heat lamp. The first staff member told us curtly--"if it's off, it's broken". This surprised us considering Park Hyatt is a top luxury brand--why would they just leave broken heat lamps out there and then dismissively say they're not working. Comically, a few minutes after this first staff member left, one of the waiters was able to turn it on! -Our actual waiter was very friendly, however after we put our order in, he basically disappeared. It took an extremely long time just to bring our beers out--which was also annoying as we were hoping to enjoy them for a few minutes before our snacks came. -The beers were nice microbrews that they had on tap--which we enjoyed when we finally got them! -Shrimp cocktail were jumbo and fresh, with great cocktail sauce--however $3.50 each! -Fried chicken sliders were addictive, and we scarfed them down after working up an appetite skiing. -Lobster sliders were decent, but honestly too much meat for the little bun (not a great ratio)--and the bun was dry. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience, despite the hiccups.

We ate there tonight. We had two tables. The waitress said she could separate our checks but didn't want to. One table ate and finished before the other table got there food. The food was not good as well as the service especially for the price you pay. Never going back

This was really awful. Like REALLY awful. We had a party of 9- first, they couldn't split our checks in 4. They sat us in 2 tables for covid protocol, then one table got their food 20 minutes before the other table. The food was mediocre- not bad. But definitely not worth the money. I've been to Beaver Creek several times and this has been the worse experience in a restaurant. I'd recommend stay away for this place.

Came here for restaurant week this year after have a delicious meal last year and boy was it disappointing. We both ordered the same thing, Kale Salad appetizer which was good and then the Brisket entree. The sides of the entree were good but god was the brisket awful. They gave you a lot of it but half of each piece was thick chewy fat. Even when you cut the fat off, the pieces of meat themselves were extremely chewy and took minutes to digest. We each ate about two pieces and had them box up the rest for our dogs (sadly, even the dog had a hard time with it). I didn't complain while we were there because I'm just not the kind of person to send food back but after getting home and still feeling disappointed, I emailed the assistant manager with feedback. Wasn't looking for freebies or anything but just wanted to give them feedback and possibly get an apology. It's been a week and I haven't heard back still. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

The food is really good here!! The French onion soup was nice and hot and the breakfast Benedict was delicious as well but very very filling and I could not finish it!

Let me start by saying that my husband and I were married on Beaver Creek on 8/28/2015 and 8100 prepared the food for our dinner after our wedding. We were only 27 people and the food was outstanding!! Since this time, prior to Covid, we have brought many of our guests to enjoy their great food and wine selection and always had an outstanding meal. Fast forward to 8/21/2023 when we entertained very important clients and chose 8100 for our party of 14. First off, I called well in advance and made a reservation. When we arrived they didn't have a table ready nor did they have a table that could hold our entire party. They insisted that we break our party into 2 groups and 2 tables. This was incredibly awkward with our clients in having to decide who sat where. Once seated we ordered 2 VERY nice bottles of wine for our group. That was the only positive takeaway from the entire night. They brought rolls out soon after they served the wine. For a restaurant of this caliber I couldn't imagine that they would serve the butter in individual foils, however, they did. We then ordered entrees. From the start we were disappointed that Elk was no longer offered on the menu. No game meat at all. Once the entrees arrived and everyone had a chance to sample their dish, this is when our true embarrassment came in. Not one out of our 14 guests had anything positive to say about their entree. NOT ONE!! The food was downright awful. Sea bass that didn't resemble sea bass at all, overcooked tenderloin and flavorless corn soup. I will always have amazing memories of our wedding there, but we will never dine at 8100 again. To end on a positive note our server was great although she spent most of the night apologizing for all that happened.

I expected a place that served a $34 hamburger would have impeccable service. I was wrong. If you want a hamburger with decent service, go to Culver's.

The service was prompt and friendly. We have come here for the past 3 years and this place has gone downhill. The menu is much smaller than it use to be not a lot of options. The food was alright still expensive but smaller portions and overly seasoned. Went for dinner during a romantic weekend but the music in the restaurant was 80's pop. Had trouble hearing my fiancée over "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" song blasting. Breakfast service on the other hand was excellent. Great service amazing food buffet was awesome!

To my chagrin, I have been witness to the slow and steady decline of this restaurant over the past ten years of my ownership at the Park Hyatt, Beaver Creek. On my most recent visit tonight, the restaurant was nearly empty, despite it being the busiest holiday week of the Summer (first clue that something wasn't right). There were very limited offerings on the menu, so I expected what little they had to be really good. I was wrong. I had my Ceasar salad, appetizer and halibut entree all delivered at the same time by different servers (waiter was no where to be found), while the other five members of my dining party watched. I ended up having the appetizer shared with the others (I never got a bite) while I scarfed down my salad. When the entrees arrived, I was treated to the dried out halibut that sat out under the heat lamp for 15 minutes. When my desert arrived (late), it was without the promised huckleberry ice cream, because they forgot that it had run out. In any other restaurant you would find a very apologetic manager offering to compensate for these errors, but in this case I was lucky to get my check - minus a pen to sign. It took 15 minutes for a waiter to arrive with a pen, since my waiter was too busy entertaining in the bar most of the night. My advice - do as I will from now on - avoid this restaurant from here to eternity, like everyone else apparently does.
