84 on Fourth Guest House

I could not believe how much Melville has deteriorated - and this also showed in the B&B. Cleanliness was not very good, and the power went off late in the evening and did not come back by the time we checked out. Luckily we only stayed one night. I did not feel safe. We were able to park inside, but one of us had to get out of the car late at night to manually open the gate. The room was a good size.

If you spend a couple of days in Johannesburg this is the place to stay! Situated in One of the safer suburb of the city. The rooms are nice and clean, super breakfast included and the owners are a really beautiful people.

The guest house is nicely located, our room was smaller than expected but still cozy and clean. The breakfast options are good and include healthy and tasty choices for all. They were very flexible with the late check-out options (we got there around 10pm) Overall, it was a very friendly atmosphere with great service. Wish we had spent more time!

Absolute garbage. Booked this place on Expedia. Only to find when I arrived there was no one there. No ability to access my room. Just a gated and locked house. Tried calling the number, nothing. Email, nothing. Just locked out, sitting on the street with my luggage. Pile of garbage! Now I have to go pay for another hotel while they have my money.

It was a very nice lodge, very friendly and supportive staff cleaners cookers Felt like home after a very long flight Excelent breakfast. Only climbing into the bath was to narrow and not comvertable||||

Nicely tucked away in the heart of Melville. The services was courteous and quick and the room was well furnished and tidy. I enjoyed my welcome treats:) Fortune was so helpful!

It's the perfect place to enjoy a fantastic staff that will pamper you from start to finish. The location is safe and pleasant in Melville. Anyone coming to Johannesburg must stay here!they are also in contact with a guide who, in addition to taking you on tours, can also provide shuttle services.

The guest house is nice and located in a safe area. Ask the receptionist for a guide in Soweto, we had a very positive experience with Maluse. He is a very good guide, he answered all our questions and was very helpful, he took us to less touristy places. The price for a private tour is very competitive. Definitely ask for him!
