Amazing motel. The man behind the register was very eager to help us and answer all our questions. He gave us amazing tips on things to do in and around Dunedin that definitely made our stay more enjoyable. The room we had was very clean, with an amazing bathroom and nice little kitchen. There even was a little public washroom with a washer and a dryer. One of the days we had was very sunny and warm, so we wanted to use the onsite barbecue. The owner made sure everything was clean and ready to go as soon as we arrived back from our daytrip. Amazing!

Our Host Michael was very knowledgeable and friendly. Spacious apartment - very large modern bathroom including floor level accessible shower, large separate bath/spa and Heated towel rails ! Highly recommend layout with private balcony. This area is within easy walking distance of the University and therefore has a lot of student accomodations nearby. It is a longish walk from the city centre, but by no means in a suburban area.

Very friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Close to a pub for a meal. Bed were comfortable and the bathroom had towel warming racks.

Excellent rooms, staff are very helpful. Parking's fine as long as all drivers are capable!! Some obviously aren't on our stay.

One of the nicest motels we have stayed in during our month long trip to NZ. They also have the finest fudge makers in all of New Zealand in residence.😛

We had 2 bedrooms for 4 adults. One room is spacious with a spacious bathroom and a small tea/coffee facilities. The other room is also spacious with ensuite, a separate lounge with a small kitchen. The beds, both kingsized, are comfortable. Very clean. Motel has clothes washing and drying facilities which is great, a small fee for using them

Huge room, we got a free upgrade! Totally gorgeous inside. The owner was so nice and gave us free chocolate for Christmas. Really amazing overall, love it. Felt modern, but rustic.

Thanks for your hospitality Mike and Sally. We stayed at your motel twice and will 100% visit again. Luxurious accommodation, clean, lovely decor, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchenette. One suggestion, an outside table and chairs would be nice to enjoy an evening cocktail. We were in unit 10 and there was no outside seating. Otherwise, just amazing!

We had a three night stay, the room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The staff even washed up and put away a couple of items we had left soaking in the kitchen sink. The towels and toiletries were replenished on a daily basis, along with the selection of tea and coffee. Only a short walk to the centre of town and most of the local attractions, a great spot and friendly hosts. We shall return next time we are in town.
