Been to 9below more than once, and will keep coming back. It doesn't matter if you are with a big group or just a cute date, 9below is your place. Drinks out of this world, great atmosphere, lovely staff. Jo our server was amazing. So knowledgeable and kind, a joy! Isadora and her team never disappoint.

I decided to go with 9 Below for my teams holiday party and it did not disappoint. The food was Amazing, the quantity was more than generous which isn't always the case for a venue that gets external catering, the Drink.. OMG beyond delicious, best cocktails in Dublin in my opinion. The best part of it all was the staff, the wonderful manager Isadora. She is probably the reason I am writing this post, she was professional, kind and right to the point. Loved it! The floor staff Joana kept me updated on the tab, kept the guests happy with the biggest smile on her face and last but definitely not least the bar staff, Conor and Bruno! Best cocktails Ever but not only that.. best Banter too. The whole experience was amazing and my team were absolutely delightful with the experience and there is no doubt it was mainly because of the staff!

The perfect place for a group catch up if you don't want to drink somewhere too loud. The bar layout is super cosy. The drinks menu recently changed and I think it really suits the vibe of the place. Salvador Dali / Surrealism inspired. Service is always wonderful. Staff are knowledgeable about their menu and can make recommendations based on your taste. Johanna and Conor are incredible ! In terms of food, it's just smoked almonds and assorted snacks so eat before coming if you're planning on extensively trying out the menu.

There was a long time I wanted to come here and sadly, was very disappointed. First, the cocktails we had were very good, but given the service we just left and didn’t have the chance to enjoy. We went today after work, were there waiting to be seated until I went to look for someone. A person saw us (our main character today, let’s call MC), but didn’t come back to give us a sit. I went there and the girl at the bar told she was coming to help us out, in this meanwhile, MC came with an empty tray and just PUSHED me away. She had an empty tray, THE BAR WAS EMPTY, I was just saying “hey we are there”, wasn’t standing on a service area whatsoever, absolutely no reason to push me, SO RUDE! A simple “sorry” would be enough. The other girl came over to the entrance, took us to our sit, the bartender took our order, then MC was just loudly discussing her next week holidays, but apparently the manager/supervisor didn’t allow her. (Did I want to know that? NO! but she was so loud so now I know, she should have given 2 weeks notice apparently). We wanted to get at least another drink, but MC would just look at us weirdly and never came to offer anything, for absolutely no reason until we finally got the nice girl back to pay and leave. I don’t think it’s worth to risk going through so much distress for a cocktail, Dublin is full of nice cocktail bars with equally good cocktails where you don’t risk being pushed.

We have been here more than 8 times. Yesterday we arrived 9 below around 8pm without any booking and they kindly let us sit in the bar on a very busy night. The staff is exceptional. Everyone is super friendly. Liquid Memory is my far favorite. Ambiance is chilled, the level of light is spot on. Also like the idea of not being able to get food except delicious snacks like smoked almonds. This makes the place more cozy. It's Dublin's greatest cocktail bar for sure.

I'll start by saying I'm not a massively into cocktails but the ones I did have here we're lovely. The service here wasn't great was my main issue, took an hour and a half to have 2 cocktails and pay. There was a pregnant woman with us and each time the drinks were brought the waiter wasnt sure which one was the alcohol free one, they had to go back and ask the barman. I'd probably go back but not on a busy Saturday night

Absolute 10000/10! Went there for my birthday at the end of last month and I can't say I've had the drinks they created anywhere else. Music, vibes, service, all impeccable. Can't wait to go again!

Stunning 5/5! We first arrived at 9 Below on a Sunday evening with no reservation. The kind host let us know right away that without a reservation, we were out of luck. The entire joint was booked out, including the bar seats. Disappointed, we left & found another cocktail bar within walking distance. Out of curiosity, we checked out the 9 Below Open Table, & saw that there was availability in just over an hour. We decided to book 2 spots & wait it out. When we returned, the host remembered us & remembered that we prefer to sit at the bar. They showed us to our reserved spots - at the bar! We first admired the interior. Underground! Somehow low-lit, archaic, well-lit, & modern, all at the same time. Lively but not noisy pop music was playing - Dua Lipa, etc. The actual physical menu was so cool. It was a beautifully designed picture-book inspired menu, with each cocktail having its own separate & artful page. I'm looking back on the menu & I think the drink I ordered was "Fight Club" (Don Julio Blanco, mango, Falernum, camomile, lemon, & sugar) & it was phenomenal. The bartender scorched a hot pepper & carefully placed it on top, which MADE the drink. He also made my partner a Paper Plane with Scotch. Delicious. Speaking of the bartender, he was a real champion. Such a nice guy with a bit of flair to his style of bartending. We really enjoyed chit chatting with him. It also seemed like the staff really vibed with each other & everyone was having a good time. Great atmosphere. The next time we're back in Dublin we will definitely be back to 9 Below Bar.

Loved this speakeasy, we went early to it was easy to get a drink. They had good music fitting of the ambiance and fun drinks with great glassware. I would recommend going around 5pm and getting a nice cocktail or 2 before dinner.

In for an early cocktail or three before dinner. Very nice room, elegantly appointed. Swift and friendly service. Drinks were excellent although slightly more expensive than other places but well worth the small premium. Only small peeve was I thought the muzak should have been soft jazz instead of soft rock but I was gently reminded I was the wrong demographic. Still though. Will be back.

Great cocktails and service! Loved the atmosphere. Nice variety of drinks. Would visit again!

If you want to splash out for cosy romantic drinks then this is the place to go. We booked a table for a Friday evening. Nice vibe and the music is nice background. Didn't feel like we were underground. Service was pleasant. PS - There's Jo Malone toiletries in the bathroom!!

It ain't cheap that's for sure but the setting and service makes up for the premium. Book a table in advance and a nice way to end a night.

€13 for an old fashioned served to me in a plastic receptacle ... very obviously trying to be high end so serve your drinks in a proper glass! Everything else was very pleasant.
