I can’t say enough wonderful things about 9 Million Reasons Food Pantry! From the moment I arrived, the staff and volunteers treated everyone with kindness, dignity, and respect. The atmosphere was welcoming and organized, and you could tell they truly care about helping the community. The selection of food was incredible — fresh produce, pantry staples, and even some special items that really helped stretch my groceries for the week. Everything was clean, well-presented, and handled with care. The volunteers went above and beyond to make sure everyone received what they needed, and they did it all with smiles and compassion. It’s rare to find a place that not only provides food but also makes you feel valued and supported. 9 Million Reasons is a blessing to the community, and I’m deeply grateful for the work they do every single day. Thank you for serving with heart and making such a positive difference in people’s lives! 💛

Hello, I’d like to share some feedback about my recent visit. Unfortunately, the staff were quite rude to me. Their tone and attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional, which made the experience very unpleasant. I hope this can be addressed so that future visits are more comfortable for customers. Thank you for your attention.

Love what they’re doing for the community, but some of the staff are so rude. I saw this one lady chastising a pantry goer all because he wanted something different talking about some your here every day… if you’re open every day that means I can come every day if I choose to, who are you to tell me what days I can I cannot come it’s called the community pantry for the community to use as they please.

My disabled sister has been going to this place & some of the food she’s shown me is absolutely disgusting. They just hand out random things while being scant on protein & fresh produce. Like hot dogs from LAST YEAR (it’s late March). She ended up getting sick. You can’t tell me they can’t source better quality, nutritionally balanced food in a place like NYC.

Excellent work of this institution. If you want to do volunteer work go there, and if you need food there are too.

You wait outside in the cold for 3 hours just to get spoiled food. They don't give out meat, juice, water, or anything other than canned cranberry sauce, Campbell's Turkey Gravy, and old stale bread. The only fresh things they give are avocados, baby potatoes and broccoli. Such a big building from what they show on Google via photos, and the building is huge, but they leave you outside like an animal. Will never go back. They also give you carrots that rotten. All I can think of is when CAIN gave spoiled offerings to God! That's how they give their food to the community! Spoiled and no good!!!. Not worth waiting 3hrs in line for trash. And they never answer the phone! Plus they say they're open and they're not! You have to physically go there to see the day's they are open! You basically have 9 Million Reasons not to go...

I had the great opportunity to learn about this food organization and I would like to tell you that it is an organization where people care about the good nutrition of other people. It is a good food bank where you have everything clean, keep your food fresh, clean and healthy.
