9 Station Hostel

I had an amazing experience during my 4-day, 3-night stay here. From the moment I first stepped into this hostel, what impressed me most was the warm, friendly attitude of the staff. Something that’s always at the top of my list when choosing a place to stay! Whenever we needed help, the staff were always ready with useful information, kindness, and even a great sense of humor that made our trip even more enjoyable. Even at the moment we were checking out, they treated us with so much warmth and care through their heartfelt words and gestures. I truly felt grateful for everything the staff did for us. I’ll definitely be coming back to 9Station. No doubt about it, because every single moment spent here became a meaningful memory. Thank you so much! 🥹🌿✨🐾💕

Loved my stay here! Lovely open bar and restaurant area. Staff so welcoming and polite. I got locked in my room (100% my fault) and they rescued me without fuss. Breakfast was included and really good, great menu rest of the day. Pool nice but not huge. Self service laundry huge plus. Rooms cleaned everyday and they gave me a late checkout at no extra cost. Really impressed and would recommend to anyone coming to Phu Quoc!

I booked for a 2 night stay here back in early February and it was exceptional. I had a lovely private room and it was surprisingly cute, comfortable and clean. It was small and cosy too. The structural build of this hostel is pretty impressive. The main lobby/bar/restaurant area is a pretty cool hang out spot. It has some cool food and drink options. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was pretty decent even with the limited options. Decent sized pool area with a laundry room nearby for free use if you need to do some laundry. I didn’t stay long enough to get a real sense of the place but I did really enjoy my short stay. Location was not bad.

Probably the friendliest staff I have met during my trip to Vietnam. The receptionist was so helpful, gave us a lot of tips and even allowed to check in late. The hostel has a great lobby with lots of games and books to pass time. Their kitchen serves great food and the tastiest salted coffee I tried in Vietnam was here (and trust me I tried a lot of salted coffee!) The location is convenient, just a 2 min walk to the main street where you can find ATMs and restaurants. Very satisfied

5/5 Loveee 🫶🏼🌸 I loved this hostel so much, I changed my plans and came back for my final night! Mostly for the friends I made and Louie, best event manager 🙌🏼 I stayed in a private room for the first 5 nights – clean, spacious, quiet. When the aircon stopped working, the staff quickly moved me to a new room, which I really appreciated. The facilities are great overall, though the maintenance could use a little improvement. Breakfast was also really good! I didn’t enjoy the shared dorm (one night) as much – no towel provided, bathrooms feel like they need maintance, and the storage situation is kind of annoying since it’s right by the beds, and you can’t really use it without making noise or turning on the light, which isn’t ideal early or late. (But this goes for most hostels so I guess luxury problem). But the private room? Amazing! And Louie, the event manager, is honestly the BEST – such a ray of sunshine, always including everyone. Easiest hostel to make friends and real connections, no matter your age. Thank youuu! 🫶🏼🌸

The hostel's structure is huge, many places for people to hang out and make friends. The pool area is good too. The dorms are big and confortable. AC and fan in the rooms. Cons: There's a cockrouch infestation in the showers of the first floor and the management does not seem to care. Also they don't provide a towel for free and if you want one, you need to pay, and you can't change that for the period of time you stay there. True, they have free washing and one drying machine, but it is always so busy and the process takes do long that you'd better take your laundry to be done down the street. The pool stairs are sharp like a knife. I've hurt myself in there more than one. Be careful! Breakfast is okay. The hostel does not have a fridge so people can store their liquids and does not provide water filter either. Be careful with the lockers inside the beds, I've had two beds and both lockers were broken. Any key could open them. I let the staff know and the locker was quickly fixed. Everyone that works there is nice and they go above and beyond to solve any issues.

The best hostel I’ve ever been! Definitely the best choice to stay in Phu Quoc, great value for its worth. Stayed in a double room, the beds were comfy. The staff were all friendly and easy to talk which for me is good 👍 I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience at 9 Station Hostel. The staff were really friendly especially Cuong! I met some amazing people and I also thought the rooms and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!
