I love the old fashioned pepperoni from here. I go here just for that pizza the pepperoni magnicifico. The triple pepperoni magnifico is ok but I really just want the old fashioned pepperoni not the regular one so I will stick to the regular one.

I made two large carryout orders for our kids' elementary school; it could not have gone smoother! Everything was perfectly made, on time, hot and ready to go. Everyone that worked there was so accommodating. Our local Marco's is a gem, and we can't wait to go back!

Order Thrown in Box, Hung Up On, and Manager Defended It -- Never Again!!! My order arrived completely thrown in the box -- messy, unacceptable, and clearly handled with no care. When I called the store to address it, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I called back multiple times and was hung up on three times when I asked to speak with a manager. When the manager Anna finally answered, she defended the employee's behavior and refused to give her last name, the employee's name, or even the corporate phone number. I asked for a refund and was told I could only get a store credit--which I never received. The tone, the lack of professionalism, and the way this was handled shows they do not care about their customers. This place has lost my business for good. Corporate needs to step in.

I tried an order of chicken wings and they were ok but nothing special, I also like mine really crispy and well done- you won't get that here. Meaty wings that just lacked flavour for me and I really had to use jalapeño ranch dips & crushed red pepper & grated parm to give it some zing. I probably wouldn't order wings again but the pizzas here are still outstanding.

I went inside to pick up a takeout order and I was only greeted with a hello and then was left standing there for few minutes, but I honestly kind of expected that because it was late at night. Not a big deal. Then I added a drink to my order and the guy seemed like it was an inconvenience, again, I expected that it was fine. But while I was waiting there, I noticed one of the employees using his bare hands to spread the cheese on the pizza. I don't know if that is normal or not, but I feel like food places would require gloves for that. I would feel more comfortable if the were wearing gloves. However, the food was absolutely delicious. Very hot pizza that was loaded with pepperoni, and they even put a garlic spread on the crust that I didn't even have to ask for. The boneless wings were also very sauced and they gave me more than I ordered. They forgot one of my sauces, but the food was very hot and really hit the spot. I would rate a 3.5 if I could.

It was pretty good I'm not eating bread no compliant lots of sauce tomato mushrooms Olives onions cheese and feta cheese added more parmesan cheese and hot pepper flakes wish it can with jalapeno peppers that would have really set it off but it's alot of food 2 servings I eat it with some Rice cakes it's filling

I ordered pizza from this location as we are very limited on delivery options. The delivery driver called me and demanded that I need to increase his tip. This store is 7.7 miles from my location. I called the store, spoke with the manager, and felt like I was blown off. This was very disrespectful , we all are struggling, and I gave want I could as a tip.

Fantastic pizza at a very fair price...our favorite place to go, not only for pizza, there are many options besides the best tasting pizza with high quality cheese. You can taste the difference, love the thin crust, nice and crisp...

Great pizzas. Great people that work there. Always works with there customers. Clean place.

Update - 02/11/2022 It appears that Marco's has crashed and burned like Papa John's and other so-called restaurants in the Collierville area. Marcos used to be pretty good, but now they are no longer on my list of places to visit or order from, despite my previous positive reviews. It has steadily gone downhill over the past several months, but I considered it due to the covid-19 scam and associated propaganda. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back as they say. The pizza was actually worse than Papa John's. I can't think of a proper word that means "worse than pathetic", but that's what it was. Afterward, Marco's sent me an email for a survey. I say, don't ask me for one if you can't handle the truth. Here is what I sent, but I ran out of space. I wanted to say more, such as I have pictures as proof. I will attach them to this review... I have ordered quite a few times from the Collierville, TN Marcos. The last few times, it has been steadily going downhill, which has caused me to order pizza less from them. This particular time was the absolute worst! The pizza was burned - BLACK, on the bottom. It was practically inedible. In addition, there was a three-inch border of dough around the outside which made the amount of edible pizza more like a small pizza than extra-large, which is what I ordered. This pizza should have never been allowed to leave the building! It should have gone straight into the trash. I would have been ok with it if they had called me to say they burned the pizza and are cooking another one and will be delayed a bit. Whoever is making these pizzas, as well as whoever is managing the location needs to be fired! If they let one pizza leave the building like this, you know they are doing the same with others. This is exactly the same reason why I stopped ordering from Papa Johns, and will never order from them again! They simply cannot do things right. For a few years, Marcos was better, but it seems now you can't do it right either. Like I said, this is the worst pizza I have ever had from Marcos! It was worse than pathetic. I want a refund of the amount I paid - $20.30.

Just better than the big two. Dough, quality, and quantity is better. There's a nice seating area at the Collierville restaurant. The employees have always been pleasant.

Ordered Pizza from COLLIERVILLE location. Went to pickup and website assigned to Olive Branch location. COLLIERVILLE location was no help and did not care. Don't worry want be back

This was the only pizza place open on the Fourth of July. My family of five heavily enjoyed two medium two topping pizza for only $28. The service was incredible and the pizza was amazing.

Solid chain pizzeria. Excellent go-to when there are no unique neighborhood places. Sauce is solid, toppings are honest. MUCH better than most other chain places

I am in Collierville Tn. awaiting the arrival of my new granddaughter, so patiently waiting in my hotel room I ordered from Marcos. I got the Pepperoni Magnifico which is a bunch of pepperoni and rustic seasonings on a thick crust. This pie was exactly as described, piping hot when i picked it up and delicious. Very well made. I also got a Double Chocolate brownie for dessert which is very tasty. Overall I recommend Marcos as a great pizza joint when in Collierville. Now, the negative. I ordered through Yelp for delivery and about 40 minutes later the front desk called stating my order was here. I find a large order of 3 pies, desserts, breads. Obviously not my order. Apparently Grub Hub and some other delivery service grabbed wrong orders from Marcos. The hotel called Marcos and they apologized for the mishap, told me if I didn't mind driving to the store, they'll remake my order. They took care of me the way a good business should. Have a Yelptastic Evening!!!

First the not so good feedback. My wife and I ordered delivery for one large Works pizza, which has pepperoni,ham,green peppers,Italian sausage,canned white mushrooms (where are the fresh mushrooms with flavor) ,bacon,onions,sauce,three cheeses. We both thought that the pizza had a bad taste to it, it didn't take long to figure out the culprit of the taste bud killer, it was the Italian sausage, yuck. After taking the sausage off the pizza it tasted a lot better. I don't know what kind of Italian sausage they use but, we would both advise to think hard about ordering a pizza with the Italian sausage on it. But then again, not everyone has the same taste, so what might taste yuck to one person, might taste perfectly fine to another. Now the good feedback. Last time we placed an order for a large Philly cheese steak pizza and we liked it, it's a keeper. There are two things I would ding on this pizza, it could use more ingredients and it could use fresh mushrooms, using just plain canned mushrooms just doesn't belong on a pizza made by a restaurant specializing in pizza, it just seems to be going the cheap and lazy route.

We love Marcos! The thin crust pepperoni magnifico is one of favorite ever and definitely our favorite in collierville! The cinnamon rolls are also scrumptious.

We rarely order home delivery pizza. Well that all changed. I was ordering pizza for one of my clients. The place I wanted to order from didn't open until 4 pm so I was stuck. Someone recommended Marcos. Not being familiar with the place, I took a leap of faith and ordered 5 pizzas for delivery at noon. As I ride up the elevator, there was the Marcos delivery guy with me. Right on time. So how was it? Every single person loved it. I loved it so much, the following week, my wife and I called one in. They arrived on time and the pie was delicious. We are now big Marcos Pizza fans.

The delivery driver was AWESOME which made the pizza taste even better. We ordered a lot and it came exactly on time and what we ordered!

Very good pizza for a quickie. Try the magnifico, lots of grease and cheese. Cheesy bread is great. Good delivery time, and decent wings. Fun place with the kids. Great Greek salad too.

Love love love the Garden pizza and the breadsticks. Not a fan of the salads but that's ok!!

It felt like a long time since the last review for this location. Ordered it because I never eat Sun Basket, which everyone else had today. I ate all of it, which was a small pepperoni and mushroom pizza with six slices. It was good. I would order from here again.

Marcos in Collierville has gone down hill. The manger is rude and condescending. They never deliver all of the food. We have always loved the subs but tonight they were terrible, they had none of the normal ingredients on them. We will not be returning, this has been an on going problem with this location. We have given them several chances to redeem themselves!! Do not recommend. My advice if either replace the manger or get her some extensive trading!

So like, when I order delivery, these guys are on point! The other night i ordered the $12.99 x-large 2 topping pizza! I instead got a large 2 topping pizza! Called back and the girl said she would add a credit to my number! I went in their tonight to get some food and remembered that I had a credit! I told the girl I had a credit and when she pulled my number up said I didn't! I told her what had happened and the guy that delivered my food that night was standing right there, that I gave a $7 tip to and he was so Xanaxed out that he was oblivious to what I was saying!! ! He of course walked off! So I looked at her like, are you kidding me?? So told her I wanted a Greek salad and an all meat bowl with 3 garlic cups! Didn't get the garlic cups and my all meat bowl looked like hammered shit! Really not looking for free shit but mother fucker, I'll never order a goddamn thing from this place, and you can bet on that shit

I went with my wife for lunch and shared the lunch special which is a medium pizza and (2) drinks for around $12. Not bad, considering that's cheaper than getting (2) combos at a fast food chain. We got the classic crust (brushed with garlic) pizza with Italian sausage (chunks ) and bacon (). The pizza came out hot and they were generous with the toppings. We've been back a few times since then (don't judge me I love pizza). Go. To. This. Place.

Our family's new favorite pizza place!! Delicious and much cheaper than the chains that have been around my area for years. Pizza is always fresh and hot and there is never a long wait time. The staff is also always so friendly and accommodating. I tried a sandwich for the first time (chicken Tuscan) and it did not disappoint. Love how my orders are always made at the time the order is placed. Great choice!

I called earlier in the day to have dinner delivered @8..hot and ready dinner for the family..at 7:55 the door bell rings . The delivery driver informed me that they originally made the pizza I ordered wrong, so they made another. I received 2 pizzas...I think that the supervisor/manager showed great customer service. They didn't have to send both pizzas; it goes to show that they r willing to do whatever it takes to make it right. The pizza was awesome...generous toppings and cooked just right. U have to try the brownieit's super sweet. We have tried the salads and all toppings are fresh.

I placed an online delivery, was given 30-45 min delivery time, after 50 min I called back to check, was put on hold for 10-15 min, then a sales person told me that it would be another 45 min to an 1.5 hours, I asked in addition to the 50 min already waited he said yes, I asked for a manger another 10 min wait she confirm it would be 45-1.5 hours, she was the assist manager had just got there and they only had two drivers, I cancel my order and will choose another pizzeria from now on that offers better service, that can deliver a pizza in less than 2.5-3 hours, they also just lost my company's business as well.

This has now become our favorite pizza in Collierville. Delicious pizza, great service and speedy delivery. I can't recommend highly enough!

Marco's Pizza is probably the best place in town to have pizza and salad. Their ingredients are always fresh. My daughter introduced me to Marco's a few months ago and it is now my favorite! I even have my coworkers ordering from them. The delivery person is always professional and appreciative. That makes a difference in today's world. Thank you! Marco's for satisfying our pizza (bread sticks) cravings!

Best delivery in collierville. We have ordered their pizza, wings, subs, salad, and deserts all great. When they first opened their delivery times were way too long but they seem to have fixed that issue. For those nights when we don't feel like cookin or leaving the house, we always go with Marco's.

Good pizza and sandwiches. The bistro beef sandwich is super. Love the veggie pizza. Highly recommended not only for walk in, but delivery as well.
