Okay okay, a truly honest recommendation for one of the best workshops I have ever done! The workshop facilitator was kind, welcoming, and most importantly full of knowledge!! If there is one thing that turns a good workshop into an amazing one for me, it is the amount of knowledge the instructor has and their ability to answer every single question I ask. And with my level of curiosity, without jinxing it, I have sooo many questions. It was an interesting and enriching workshop, packed with knowledge, held in a great, funny atmosphere with a light and sweet vibe. We were two friends and did two workshops. The first was V60 coffee brewing, and the second was egg coffee and coconut coffee. I highly highly recommend it to anyone who loves learning and gaining a lot of knowledge, to anyone interested in coffee in general, to those who want to specialize in their favorite coffee brewing style, and to anyone who wants to dive deeper into Vietnamese coffee making. You will not regret it!

Such a lovely coffee roastery tucked away in a quiet corner. The space feels calm and thoughtfully designed — minimalistic with just enough greenery to make you instantly relax. I tried the espresso and long black, and both were excellent — smooth, rich, and full of flavour. I couldn’t resist the cinnamon roll either, and it turned out to be the perfect match for my coffee — sweet, buttery, and perfectly flaky. They also host workshops on hand brewing, latte art, and roasting, which really shows how passionate they are about what they do. You can also pick up freshly roasted coffee beans, drip bags, or cold brew packs to take home. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and enjoy the moment. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This is a beautiful coffee shop and Roastery, that also offers coffee experiences. We booked an excellent experience of latte making and latte art, and we had a great time. We were brought behind the cash register and used the beautiful coffee machine and we're taught by their best barista on how to make excellent latte, and latte art! It was a great experience, and on top of this their coffee is excellent 👌🏼 This is a great place to do one of those experiences, some you wouldn't do back home! They also have very comfortable and nice seating space upstairs.

💎 💎 💎 ! I had the pleasure to savor their Flat white more than 100 times. The undisputed best speciality coffee in Sài Gòn and probably in VN. Own Roaster master in-house with many years of experience to keep the flavors of their green beans. Well executed and highly skilled barista👇 (foamed and steamed milk aligned) consistent body balance and an array of flavors. They specialize in Liberica excelsa coffee beans…being a reference in the market. With all my respects to Mr.Wendelboe but 96b coffee is comparable to the level of Tim’s shop in Oslo. 96B is a special place where you can find high quality coffees including Liberica coffee beans where you can’t find easily outside of SEA. (My personal favorite is Honeyed Liberica. I bought 3 bags to share with my friends in Korea and the US last time I visited HCMC) 96B also runs a range of coffee workshops for beginners who want to learn without going too deep into the field. I took eight of them while I stayed in HCMC, and the amount of insight and knowledge you gain makes every session well worth the cost. The hospitality is excellent—everyone on the staff is kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Huge thanks to the 96B team for the amazing coffee and unforgettable experience. 🙏🏼

Highly recommend the roasting workshop for someone with zero to no experience in roasting and wants to have a brief idea on the process. I also managed to get myself some Liberica beans for home and also had a great take away coffee too. If you're in HCMC definitely check 96B for your overall coffee experience.

We loved both the coffee and the workshops at 96B. The instructors were extremely knowledgeable and patient with the entire process. My partner did the Vietnamese coffee workshop, while I did the latte art workshop. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn.

Amazing coffee, and amazing decor. Had an incredible experience here- the pour over was absolutely delicious. I didn't get one, but the Vietnamese Coffee Atlas is such a cool idea! Definitely worth a visit!
