97 Motel Moray

We've been going to Dunedin for ten years now, around twice a year. This is where we always stay, and we wouldn't dream of anywhere else. When I leave something in the room, they make sure I get it back. Recently they even lent me a spanner so I could make a small running repair on the car. Lovely gardens, and these people do everything they can to make us comfortable.

Hidden gem, and the man behind the desk was so friendly and helpful after recent surgery. A nice comfortable stay with friendly stuff. Will definitely stay again.

We was late about 10min checked in at night. But the person in charge was still very friendly n helpful to helped us carried the luggage due to there was some distance from my car to the building that we stayed. Overall was cool and comfortable. The location was great and perfect as just very close to the octagon.

Doesn’t look like much from the street but the room and service were great. I was a late check in after reception hours. Communication was great and they couldn’t be more helpful.||Stayed in an executive studio. Very large, clean with a cool bathroom. The place is dated but for the price, proximity to the city, great value.

We visited at the beginning of March. This motel was excellent for our needs in all respects. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was large which made a pleasant change and had everything we needed to make it a very enjoyable stay. The bed was so comfortable and the place was spotless! Some people might say the decor is a bit dated but everything else more than made up for it! The central location made everything easy to walk to with good eateries close by. If we visit Dunedin again I won't bother looking at other motels but go straight back to Motel Moray.

Spacious, well appointed apartment with kitchenette and large bathroom. Lounge/bedroom very generously proportioned. Exterior looks a bit worn but don't let that put you off. The interior is lovely and the beds comfortable. Despite being almost in the very centre of the city, it was amazingly quiet at night.

The reception was very warm and welcoming and he showed me to my room and explained how to park and use the back entrance. The room and bathroom were very spacious with nice tiles in the bathroom and all was very clean. The bed was comfortable. And the location is just perfect - so close to the Octagon and with more than enough parking space on private ground. I would only go to this Motel in Dunedin especially if you come by car.
