Pretty good Vietnamese fusion food. The pork belly is decent. The cheesesteak sandwich is good, but my wife doesn't like thin meat slices they use. The service was great. It was nice outdoor seating.

One of the best restaurants in the entire state of Utah, and I mean that. Everything is absolutely delicious and quality is very consistent. Wide ranging menu with phenomenal flavors. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Banh Mi salad - the photo just about says it all! Sat outside for a midday refuel. Highly recommend a stop here. Amazing food and friendly service with a memorable level of friendliness. 💙

They locally source their ingredients, and you can really taste the freshness in every dish. The menu offers modern interpretations of classic Vietnamese cuisine, and everything we tried was flavorful and beautifully presented. Their cocktail menu is just as impressive. I had the Agave Goddess, made with mezcal, and it was absolutely delicious—smoky, balanced, and so refreshing. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and a creative take on traditional dishes. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in town and looking for something special!

The tofu banh mi was absolutely fantastic! Super fresh and full of flavor. I got it without the spicy chilis which made it not spicy which is how I personally like it. This was actually my first time having banh mi and the servers were great at explaining the menu and what exactly it was. Highly recommend!

I thought there weren’t good restaurants in Moab but this one changed my mind. The pork belly and salad were delicious and bigger portions than expected. We ate in the cute patio outdoors and it was very comfortable. Great service too!

Ate here on the recommendation of a Moab local. Amazing dinner. The servers were super friendly, fast, engaging, and great with my kids. Locally brewed beers on tap. Great mixed drink menu. Best homemade kettle chips on the planet. I got the buffalo blue cheese crumble cheese steak. Juicy and yummy on a bahn mi roll. We were full and super happy walking out of there. Highly recommend.

I know Moab restaurants are both overpriced and have to cater to mostly old folks afraid of spice and/or flavor, but wowee. Also went in with tempered expectations since it's literally the only place in town that serves it. The pho here tasted like flavorless beef stock made from bouillon with noodles and onion/cilantro. It lacked basically every other spice and seasoning that makes it pho... more of a bland beef soup. It was skimpy on the beef and came with strange cubes (?) of meat that were very dry. I think an instant one from the microwave would have been better, sadly. I guess it's a fusion restaurant but fusion usually means making things more interesting, not worse. Also it was served lukewarm which was kinda mindblowing. By the time I was largely done it just plain cold. Pho is meant to be served piping hot. It was also VERY expensive for pho ($20?!?!) but that's just Moab. We got some pork deviled eggs too which were ok, not great, but passable. Our waitress was lovely, the decor and such seemed fine, but what I think if this pho was served at a diplomatic event between the US and Vietnam, it would start a war.
