987 Prague

Lovely little hotel in a central location in Prague. Clean. Kind and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Bed was comfortable. There was something a bit weird about the bathroom arrangement: it wasn't in a seperate little room with its own door like I have known in many other hotels, but the shower and the toilet each has a seperate door right from the room, and the sink and tap is outside in the main room (living) area. I was alone so it wasn't much of a bother but it could be tricky if you are not alone or a couple ;). I don't know if that is the case in all rooms but it was in my room. Weird but nothing to take off a star (maybe just half a star) from total grade. All in all my stay was enjoyable and I recommend it.

Very comfortable new bed. Did not hear a noise. Front desk was very welcoming. Enough options at breakfast. I would stay again here for sure. The late check out at 12 was much appreciated and I think it’s the best hotel gym in the city after coming for years here for work. It’s an external gym, 2 min down the road. Full machines, squat racks and bench press in basement, extensive DBs, sauna. You can get protein shakes (made fresh or branded bottles) and coffee.

Very nice hotel, very clean, very close to the main train station bus n tram station hardly 2 mins walk. The staff were very friendly n helpful The breakfast was very nice fresh n tasty and had lots of options We enjoyed our stay...thank you We Highly recommend this hotel

Lovely Chic Boutique hotel. Room was lovely and comfortable, 1 small minor issue was the noise of the Tram which cannot be helped but it does take a while to get off to sleep. Breakfast spread was very nice and staff very friendly. Convenient location, 10 minute walk into Old Town. Would love to return.

Room was great. Very quiet. You can hear the faint rumble of the trams but barely noticeable. Clean, comfortable bed and a powerful shower. Ideal location, short walk to most of the tourist destinations. Central Railway station across the park from the hotel, 2 minutes walk. Tram stop also opposite. Breakfast was great, very wide selection and tasted great. Staff all friendly and efficient. We were very happy with our choice.

This was a couples holiday from the 7th to the 10th of December. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by hotel staff - they spoke very good English and were accommodating letting us know the times for breakfast, the WiFi password (they also give this to you written on a piece of paper) and the time you need to check out by. There are two lifts to the rooms which is great as helps with traffic, although they were a bit slow! Also stairs if you prefer a walk which weren’t too steep but we’re a spiral staircase so could be narrow in some places. ||The room |When we arrived we were shocked to see just how spacious the room actually was! The bed was comfy and clean and they provide you with show gel, shampoo and soap (all from rituals!) towels, tissues and a hairdryer is also provided in the room. The TV has English channels and has the option of being able to log into Netflix if you need it. |The room also came with a mini bar, but be warmer you did need to pay if you took any items from it - there was a price list in the room for this. |Rooms were cleaned daily and towels and loo roll restocked. |One of the complaints we had was that there wasn’t really anywhere to hand your coats up unless you put them inside the wardrobe. |Also, in the morning when we went to shower there was a strong smell of sewage so we did often have to air out the room. ||Breakfast |I believe breakfast was from 7am to 11am and when we went down there was always space, chairs were comfy and tables were always clean and laid. The staff were friendly and already smiling. There is a very good range from baked good to a cooked breakfast including beans, eggs, sausage (hotdog ones too), bacon, hash browns and chicken strips. The cold selections were also very good with overnight oats in a lovely jar and mini savoury pastry options too such as spinach and feta parcels and ham and cheese strudel. ||Location |The location was great, everything was within a 25 minute walk from us which made it very easy to see all the tourist attractions and Christmas markets. The tram stop was right outside as well as a train station just over the road but we didn’t use them. The price of a bolt was also very cheap if you didn’t fancy walking. |I will say that because you are so close to a tram you can hear slight vibrations when you’re in the room but it’s not a problem. ||All in all it was a good hotel with friendly staff and I would 100% stay again .

I don’t usually write reviews but have used them a lot on my trip to Prague so it’s only fair to share my thoughts that are entirely positive for this hotel. 987 is in a great location, close to the city landmarks but quiet in the local area. It is a few minutes walk to the main train station, AirPort Express bus and tram stops that can take you just about anywhere in the city. The welcome at the hotel from Diana was lovely and warm. We were issued with a double room, but as I was travelling with my teenage daughter we asked for a twin room which the was not yet ready, but we we could check in early and use the double room until it was, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is great, quirky and stylish decor, very clean, modern, large rooms with good air conditioning. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. You occasionally feel a slight rumble from the trams but having being in rooms on both sides of the hotel it is definitely not noisy. The staff mostly appear to be quite young and always polite and helpful. I have just been able to book a late checkout tomorrow for a very reasonable cost that should mean that our stay in Prague, and at 987, will be a great experience until we leave. No question that we will stay here again when we return to Prague.

Stayed 3 nights here in mid August. Cannot reccomend enough! Booking a hotel is usually hit or miss, there's always mixed opinions but i thought this looked great for the price. Very happy i did! Was a very modern and stylish hotel, extremely helpful staff , gorgeous rooms and the breakfasts were AMAZING!! Around a 10ish min walk to the Old Town Square and about the same to Wen Square. Was central enough for us, in a lovely quiet location. Felt completely safe (as 2 girls) walking to and from the more lively parts in the evenings. Will def be staying there again.x

I stayed for three nights when visiting Prague in autumn. The stark difference to the sheer prettiness of the city with the sleek, modern design of the hotel was highly noticeable and actually quite interesting. The room was big, very comfortable and functional. I wonder a little at the design brief which has the basin in the main room, separate from the shower and toilet which themselves are in separate cubicles, but it was a bit of a novelty. Breakfast was delicious and very generous in the very nice dining room. Perfect location literally across the road from the train station and a short walk to the main tourist areas of prague. All in all a lovely option.

Reading the other reviews were I think quite to generous! I stood two nights at this hotel, yes, the design, modernness was exact but first impressions are very important. The girl with the bleached hair at the front desk was just plain out rude. My sheets never got changed those two days I was their. And I know this for a fact! Ask me! Also when I initially arrived the tv was not working nor were any of the outlets to plug in my adapter. When I called downstairs and spoke to that same girl omg was she so rude! Also, I must agree the breakfast was quite displayed generously however the food looked and taste like it was there for days, or refrigerated and reused. Oh almost forgot, they forgot to clean my room, funny how I have to call downstairs and remind someone. Simply awful. I guess some people's standards are different then others. I will definitely not stay there again nor recommend it to my friends and family. Good luck.

Great hotel that seems to be very newly remodeled in the middle of the city. When checking in I asked if they had any rooms with softer beds as beds in Czech seems to be hard. They did not have any soft beds however they sent up a maid with and extra blanket to put on the mattress to make the bed softer (it worked), great service! The breakfast was very good.
