99 cent fresh pizza

solid dollar slice. not the best in nyc (champion has that off delancey) but they're very close here and the dough is always soft and chewy without being flavorless as well as a good amount of toppings unlike most dollar slices. highly suggest getting a whole pie and just sharing it

For a buck, it's good pizza. They seem to always have extra pies always ready so service is split second quick (not joking) if you're just getting plain slices. Very small inside, so get your seasonings on it and eat outside.

Honestly, for $1 a slice, this is pretty good. The cheese and sauce have some good flavor, and the crust is crispy but had plenty of flop. It could use a little more cheese imo but this is a prime value slice. Pizza Adventures: Destination #48

Really IS 99cents...actually $1 and NO TAX! The slice was pretty tasty and not bad at all for the price!!!

Nice place. They have pretty good pizza at 4 am and they were pleasant to me. I tipped them a full 20 in my drunken stupor and they were kind about it and made sure I was alright.

You get what you pay for - super fast service and super unique. $1 = 1 piece of pizza which tastes great and probably better after that one drink I had at the bar next door (MACE). Overall just a solid experience and just feels like you got to stop by if you're in NYC for the first time. Might come back another time - the quality matches any other pizza I've paid 10x for before.

This is great pizza for a 99 cent spot! This one relatively near my apartment so I go here a lot. My only complaint is that they almost never have a pizza done when you get there; they're always working on it, rather than preparing ahead of time for customers. It makes the pizza fresher, yes, but too hot to even touch for 5-10 minutes. And typically they run out immediately as several people are waiting and each pie is only 8 slices. Quality is great, but wait times are entirely too long for a 99 cent joint.
