Was really impressed with the whole setup - almost every item on the menu comes with durian, and the place was full house both inside and outside (even in hot weather!). I tried the MSW Chendol (3 seeds) and personally loved it - rich, creamy and very shiok 😋🌿. Someone joked that we can buy Old Airport’s Chendol and add your own MSW durian for a “budget hack” 😂 - but honestly, the version here is still solid and worth a try. A great spot for durian lovers. Will return to try more desserts! 👍💯

I love durian and this place is HEAVEN! The MSW Hoot Chendol tastes excellent! A must try! The Stinky Bomb melts in your mouth. It's purely durian filling.. The ambience is good. The place is crowded. There is an indoor and outdoor seating. It's located opposite Dorsett Hotel (Outram MRT). The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for all the Durian lovers!

The MSW hoot chendol here was so great that we came back the next day after trying it. Juicy durian lobes and the icy sweet coconut flavours combine into a rich cocktail. The second durian was of lesser quality, but still well worth it - I doubt this kind of buttery complexity can be found in other fruits, and the freshness here was extraordinary. Aesthetic is killer as well.

4.5/5 Stars! 99 Old Trees Durian (1 Teo Hong Road) Donkey had been raving about 99 Old Trees Durian at 1 Teo Hong Road, so we finally went, and I can see why he loves it! It's not just a place to buy durian; it's a whole cafe experience, and Donkey was in heaven! Even before you step inside, you're greeted by a vibrant and eye-catching mural. The exterior of 99 Old Trees is decorated with a whimsical durian harvest scene, with people collecting durians, relaxing under trees laden with the fruit, and even monkeys and raccoons enjoying the bounty. The "HOLD YOUR BREATH" sign above the door is a humorous touch, and it's a great spot for a photo. It's a fun and playful representation of the durian experience. The interior is clean and modern, with a stylish lighting fixture. The durian display area is functional and well organized, with tiered displays showcasing the different varieties and clear pricing signs. The outdoor seating is really special. It feels like you're in a cozy outdoor garden, with warm lighting, artificial grass, and even trees integrated into the seating area. It's so cute and comfortable! We ordered: • 2 x Stinky Bomb (1pc): "Stinky Bomb" is a visually appealing dessert. It's a golden-brown choux pastry, perfectly round and dusted with a light coating. The inside is filled with a creamy, pale yellow durian filling that looks incredibly smooth and decadent. • 1 x Stinky MSW Roll (Qtr): it was creamy and decadent. I had a bite. It was definitely...durian-y! • 1 x Stinky Bowl: it was a good mix of textures and flavors. We was hoping to try the MSW Hoot Chendul, but unfortunately, it was sold out. That just shows how popular it is! They also have a variety of other Chendul options, including a traditional Teochew version and variations with different types of durian. They also offer convenient cashless payment options, which made things really easy. Their menu has a good variety of items, including Thai Coconut and Chinese Tea. The prices are reasonable, and all prices include GST. If you're getting a few desserts, they have a promotion where you get a free cooler bag when you buy 4 bowls. It's clear that the people behind 99 Old Trees are passionate about what they do, and they're selling more than just a product. While I'm not a huge durian fan like Donkey, I can appreciate the experience! Ratings: • Food: 4/5 Stars • Service: 5/5 Stars (Helpful and efficient) • Atmosphere: 5/5 Stars (The outdoor seating is adorable!)

Impressed with my visit to 99 Old Trees Durian House. Tried their MSW durian chendol — a little on the pricey side, but well worth it for the quality. The durian was fresh, rich, and had a strong bittersweet profile that durian lovers will appreciate. Chendol has a nice fresh hint of pandan flavor. You can also add more gula Melaka to adjust the sweetness to your liking. The place is tastefully decorated with an upmarket feel, making it a great spot to bring visitors for a unique durian experience. Easy too locate if coming out from Outram Mrt Exit 4. Highly recommended!

This place served good durian desserts. Very accessible via Outram Park MRT Exit 4. A must-visit place if you are around the area. Though the weather is pretty hot, the seating area under the shade doesn’t make you perspire. There may be queues but they clear quickly. As I came with a full stomach, I could only manage a bowl of chendol. I’ll try more from their menu on my next visit.

On mid autumn festival evening, tried the mooncake which is only available for dine in. It taste like the durian stick that is available from Malaysia, rather than fresh durian. Also the snow skin has a mouldy flour taste, so I would not recommend at all. Price tag is $18 per piece. The stinky bombs are good as usual .

Yelp
Warning! Must love Durian....!!! Or at the least not be bothered by it..lol You can smell this place a mile away...er at least around the block. Durian galore... 99 Old Trees is on popular spot. The lines were long and the place was packed. Seating was a bit hard to come by as well. The staff were very helpful, quick and efficient. They helped us find extra seats, cleaned the table and picked up our trays when we were done. #DurianTreats: ~ DURIAN SEASON: Season's Special: - Fresh Durian Chendol - 4.5/5 I'm guessing this is only available during Durian season, since it's listed as a special. I'm not certain. We chose to get it since it was on a separate promotional menu. As usual tastes much better than it smells. ~ Chendol - 4/5 Just a regular Chendol bowl without the Durian. Good stuff, not too sweet. ~ Stinky Bomb - 4.5/5 Choux puffs; Crispy flakey outside with mao shan wang? (I don't know what that is). It's got Durian inside...what else would it be?! Appropriately titled; Tasted great, but it did stink! 99 Old Trees also has a vast selection of Durian variety. I didn't know there were that many types of Durian! There is a price list and a Durian station where you can place your order in the back. If you are adventurous and wish to try something unique, this is definitely the spot.

Yelp
99 Old Trees offers all things durian from pastries, ice cream, mousse to chengdul. The indoor air conditioning seating is limited but they have ample outdoor seating available. They have a stand to purchase whole durians outside. Rec: Stinky bowl - order an extra shot of durian if sharing for 2. It's a smooth durian mousse topped with durian. Stinky bomb- durian cream puff Located next to Outram Park MRT. A must for durian connesiurs!

Yelp
I absolutely love this place!! As a big fan of durian, I was super excited to check it out, and it did not disappoint. You can smell the durian the moment you walk in, and they specialize in all kinds of durian desserts--so if you're not a fan of durian, this might not be the place for you! The interior is decorated with all things durian. I ordered the fresh Mao Shan Wang chendul, some tea, and two "stinky bombs" (their Mao Shan Wang Choux puffs), and everything was refreshing and delicious. Indoor air conditioning was nice and cool, and they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The bathroom was clean and even had an art piece of a monkey holding a durian which I thought was hilarious.

Yelp
Last week, I dropped by this place for some durian dessert in the early evening. I got the chendul with fresh Mao Shan Wang. They gave me a pager but I didn't have to wait for more than 5 minutes. The dessert was so refreshing! The chendul was laid on top of coconut milk and shaved ice. The fresh Mao Shan Wang was bitter on its first bite but very creamy. The durian was really fresh! I hope to come back and try the other different durian desserts when I go back to Singapore.

Yelp
First time visiting, ordered the stinky chendul with durian, chendul with fresh durian and stink bombs Taste 1/1* Everything tasted amazing! The chendul with fresh durian definitely tasted better than the cheaper version by far Value 1/1* Chendul was 5.90 Fresh was 9.90 Bombs were 4.80 Everything kind of expensive, but for the taste, experience, and the ambience, well worth it Service 1/1* Quick and friendly Cleanliness 0.5/1* Dirty around the corners due to how busy they are Overall/Revisit 1/1* Would definitely revisit if in the area Paying for ambience? -1/-1* YES Above and beyond? 0/+1* NO

Yelp
Must try! Stinky bomb will be visiting my dreams time and again because words can't describe how good they are - an orgasmic experience! They are like crack for your tastebuds. I went there and was blown away and had to go back an hour later. I wish I can go back every day.
