I chose to stay at the 9Hotel Cesari because of it's location! I was able to walk everywhere from here. The area is alive with many things to do and see. Moments from Trevi Fountain (2am visit), and then steps away from the Pantheon. The Pantheon square in the afternoon is filled with Cello players, and violinist. Live music played in the evening. The hotel a/c was great, the showers perfect, the room/bed comfortable and spacious! I actually slept very well which is not my normal. The morning breakfast, I did add that option to my hotel cost, was nutritional and filling, I ate supper and had evening drinks on the rooftop and was fabulous. I have absolutely NO complaints of the staff, everyone was very accommodating and kind! I was always addressed by name when coming and going. The taxi stand was a few steps away, and the bus pickup close and convenient. I will give 9Hotel Cesari all the recommendations, you will not be disappointed with your stay here!

It was 5/5 because of the location, staff, rooms and rooftop bar. Rooms where clean and had everything you needed. The staff were friendly and gave great recommendations of where to eat and ordered the taxis straight away. The rooftop bar was lovely too great drinks and food, staff were friendly too and everything so close, Trevi Fountain was 5 minutes away, Pantheon was about 5 minutes too sooo close to places to eat and drink too. Lovely stay and I would recommend to a friend.

Visited the rooftop bar with a reservation, even though we weren’t hotel guests. The location is fantastic and the drinks were great. Most of the staff were polite and attentive, and they also served food. However, one male staff member was noticeably unwelcoming and made us feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. It was disappointing and took away from what should have been a lovely experience.

Lovely hotel, great location and rooms were very nice and coffee machine in room made fabulous coffee. Staff were very welcoming and the roof top bar was very plush, we ate pizza there and it was excellent. Drinks selection was ok however could have done with more beer options, and was pricey for what it was, didn’t do the breakfast as one of us had a nut allergy and it looked far too unsafe to even chance it, again the selection looked a bit limited. However I would not hesitate to stay here again, quite possibly the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on!!

We recently stayed at this hotel for four nights and overall had a wonderful experience. The rooftop bar was a highlight—great atmosphere and incredibly kind bar staff. The carriage staff were professional and helpful, and the front office team was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our impression was marred by one negative interaction on the last morning. We were dealing with a personal matter and ended up checking out about 10–15 minutes past the scheduled time. While we completely understand the importance of check-out policies, we were met with unnecessary rudeness and unprofessionalism from a staff member named Dianna. Her approach felt dismissive and surprisingly harsh given the otherwise high level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. It’s disappointing that one moment like this can color the end of an otherwise enjoyable visit. We hope management addresses this not to assign blame, but to ensure every guest is treated with understanding and respect—especially when they’ve had a great overall stay. We truly did enjoy the hotel and its staff, and wouldn’t want our review to discourage others from staying here we loved our room. It’s a great place—we just hope every guest can feel that from check-in all the way to check-out.

The absolute perfect location, central to everything. The Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain are all within east walking distance. Check in early and drop your bags because the street begins filling up with vendors and Cafe tables in the early afternoon making chauffeur access difficult. The staff was great and the room was spotless.

Fantastic location close to everything but we were on the 2nd floor facing the street so incredibly noisy and woken up early every morning with local restaurants bins being emptied. Our room was a good size, and great shower but bed & pillows were quite uncomfortable so didn’t sleep well at all. One night the air conditioning was on the blink for the whole floor which was frustrating for all but the staff did their best. Roof terrace was lovely for cocktails and for breakfast. Also worth noting that Taxis can’t come down this street so we had to walk a bit with our luggage . Staff service was excellent.

We recently stayed at 9Hotel Cesàri and overall, it was a bit underwhelming. The hotel was clean, which we appreciated, and the location was excellent – right in the heart of everything, which made getting around easy. We had three rooms booked, all varying in size. Ours was on Level 1 facing the main strip and unfortunately, it was extremely loud – it honestly felt like we were sleeping outside. It was hard to get any proper rest. The other two rooms were quieter, so noise definitely depends on where you’re placed in the hotel. The room sizes were okay but not spacious, and the bathroom in our room had a tiny shower – more like what you’d find on a cruise ship. For the price we paid, we expected more comfort and better amenities. In our opinion, this is more of a 3-star hotel than a 4-star. The location is the main selling point, but everything else fell short of expectation
