I have been using this hotel for years whilst visiting Geneva for work. The rooms are modern and clean and the staff are always helpful. The location is great - in the heart of a ‘colourful’ district but by the best restaurants and bars. Excellent for business trips.

The Rooms are too small for 2 guests, otherwise looks very nice! The spa is great but the gym has only one bike and one walking pad. The breakfast is excellent! If I could have a bigger one I would stay there again and again.

I stayed here for one night and was quite disappointed. The staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. The rooms were poorly soundproofed, so it was hard to get a good night’s sleep. In the morning, the housekeeping staff made a lot of noise in the hallways, which made it impossible to rest. On top of that, the carpet looked dirty and not well maintained. Overall, not the experience I was expecting.

Mixed feeling about this hotel. Location is very central but near the red light district (if it can even be called district in Geneva), overall OKish but may not be ideal for everyone.|The common areas in the hotel are nice, including the swimming pool (very rare in Geneva). However, the room was a disappointment, very small (and we had the suite) and dirty.

This is a cute little hotel with charming decor and clear attention to detail in the main areas like the lobby and common spaces are inviting and well-designed. Staff are lovely and the complimentary transport passes which was a nice touch. However, the rooms were a bit of a letdown. They’re very small and quite dark, with minimal natural light and a tiny mirror that made getting ready a bit of a challenge. Breakfast also fell short of expectations, limited options and not quite what was advertised. Overall, it has potential, but the comfort of the rooms and breakfast experience really needs improvement.

Good location of the hotel and loved the facilities but the reception staff is just doing their work without any motivation I think. Maybe they are burned out, not sure. If you checkout and the only 2 sentences they say is ‘there is a city tax to pay and bye’, I think they need to get some hospitality lessons. You can also say ‘I hope you enjoyed your stay, please let us know when you would visit again and we’ll gladly welcome you again’. Also when your guests enter the building, not even noticing you and saying hello,.. nothing. For me these little things are normal and happen at other hotels. But this hotel lacks the hospitality/motivation sadly.||||Regards.

The hotel was Walking Distance to the Lake & Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of cute restaurants nearby. We enjoyed a beautiful dinner outside at Ciro.

Hotel was located on the red district, full of nooses, people with drugs and alcohol on the streets. Extremely loudly on the nights, people opening and closing doors all night long. Horrible maintenance and cleanses of the room. Do not recommend.
