Great location, just 5 min walk from Gare Central, (if you take the Madeline exit). Perfect for where we needed to be for our break. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, we recommend Lola’s for a nice dinner and Burrata coffee shop for fabulous sandwiches that are great on size and value. Hotel was nice and clean and bed comfy. Fab that you can open the windows wide and avoid the air con and the street is generally quiet.

Excellent staff made this a great choice for me. Hotel is clean and modern without being cold or overly "glossy". I enjoyed the room's AC the particularly hot afternoon during end of June spell, open window was nice the other nights. Location right off the Sablon Place was super convenient to sightseeing and cuisine options. Don't skip the full breakfast with lots of nice options.

Please stay here. From the moment you walked in the attention is there. Refreshments available right in the lobby. Danny front desk; wow! Did I say wow! He greeted us and gave us a summary of the hotel and surrounding areas. The rooms are CLEAN and SPACIOUS. Amazing experience. This place is close to everything.

The reception staff were very helpful and we used them a lot; things to do, places to visit, directions etc. Our sleep was poor but that was us (too tired, new surroundings etc.) and not a reflection of the room/hotel. At first we felt that we were a little out of the way but as we explored we gained our bearings and finding our way around became a lot easier.

This hotel was supposed to be 4 star, the same rating as our hotel in Frankfurt the night before and the same price. Our room at the Westin was twice the size and absolutely impeccable. Our room at the Sablon was small (unlike any of the photos) and was in dire need of basic maintenance. The painted floor was cuffed in many places as were the walls the doors, the skirting boards. The seal in the shower was peeling off. The wardrobe had a chunk missing off a shelf, very visible in a black wardrobe and the carpet was fraying. The heating unit was noisy, I had to wear earplugs to sleep.|Not a good start|The curtains were mercifully thick as the window let in an enormous draught while fully closed. |There was nowhere in the bathroom to put toiletries. The shower was good but the handset could only be attached on the wall horizontally at waist level, not practical. |The bed was comfortable but a feather pillow would have been good. |Lighting in the room was good, an extra light in the wardrobe where the coffee machine was, would have been useful as it was black on black.|Breakfast was nothing special, the staff was attentive but it wasn't worth the €21, very similar to what you would get in an Ibis. Breakfast at the Westin was extraordinary for a similar amount. The dining room in the basement is like a canteen, at best an afterthought, the seats are not comfortable but the worst was the echo in that room, you could hear everything amplified, could not wait to get out. |I think it is time you went and had a look at what a 4 star hotel is really like, this is a very expensive 3 star.

9hotel provided professional and friendly service throughout my entire stay. Being an American tourist, I felt welcomed and was provided with excellent local suggestions. Martina in particular was specifically lovely. Thank you.

Hotel is close to the centre, some things needs to be improved. Breakfast is great, sauna and pool OK - it can help you to relax. However, there was very disturbing sound in my room every 3 - 5 minutes, that couldnt allow me to sleep properly. Except that, there was smell in bathroom, canalization?
