This is a lovely hotel with warm, welcoming and helpful staff.||The reception area is a nice place to sit with complementary coffee. Our room was clean, tidy, well proportioned and very comfortable. ||The area is close to many of Brussels main attractions including Grand Place but at the same time in a quiet and secluded street. So the comfortable bed and quietness allowed a very restful sleep.||There is a small jacuzzi/pool and sauna which is a nice addition in which to relax.||Breakfast offers plenty options on which to start the day. Including the novelty of a DIY waffle machine and the facility to boil your own eggs ||We arrived in a complementary taxi but found Central station a 5 minute walk. Zuid station is a bit further but the nearby 48 bus gives a public transport option there. We found a day trip to amazing Ghent was a very worthwhile thing to do.||We can definitely recommend staying at 9Hotel Sablon when visiting Brussels

The location was great, two train stations within walking distance Chapelle and Central. The hotel is a little walk away from the city center, but am ideal location for great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. For us the area was full of antique shops, markets and centers, exactly one of the main reasons for choosing but also the bonus of the pool and sauna, even though the pool was cold, it did help with healing our achy feet and bones after a long day of walking and exploring the city. I would recommend, just based on the location and the friendly staff.

Well placed hotel but as we went for a spa weekend, the pool being freezing was not the service expected. As it was the weekend, no repairs could be undertaken. No offer of compensation was made. As the temperature had not been checked, we were not sure the cleanliness of the water/ facilities had been checked.

Great location, just 5 min walk from Gare Central, (if you take the Madeline exit). Perfect for where we needed to be for our break. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, we recommend Lola’s for a nice dinner and Burrata coffee shop for fabulous sandwiches that are great on size and value. Hotel was nice and clean and bed comfy. Fab that you can open the windows wide and avoid the air con and the street is generally quiet.

Excellent staff made this a great choice for me. Hotel is clean and modern without being cold or overly "glossy". I enjoyed the room's AC the particularly hot afternoon during end of June spell, open window was nice the other nights. Location right off the Sablon Place was super convenient to sightseeing and cuisine options. Don't skip the full breakfast with lots of nice options.

You should not stay at this hotel. They are too messy and not organised. They mislead you with wrong information, I would advise you to choose a different hotel in Brussels.

Please stay here. From the moment you walked in the attention is there. Refreshments available right in the lobby. Danny front desk; wow! Did I say wow! He greeted us and gave us a summary of the hotel and surrounding areas. The rooms are CLEAN and SPACIOUS. Amazing experience. This place is close to everything.

The reception staff were very helpful and we used them a lot; things to do, places to visit, directions etc. Our sleep was poor but that was us (too tired, new surroundings etc.) and not a reflection of the room/hotel. At first we felt that we were a little out of the way but as we explored we gained our bearings and finding our way around became a lot easier.
