Beautiful environment, lovely atmosphere, great for date night. Bit on the pricey side. The lamb was absolutely lovely and tender, I wasn't too fond of the vegetables that came with it, guess it was an unfamiliar taste. The bread started was absolutely delicious, bread was straight from the oven so it was fresh. My non-alcoholic cocktail was so refreshing, absolute 10/10! The desert was the star of the show, that cheese cake was divine! I do wish it was bigger though, especially for that price point. Overall, a pleasant evening and I'd definitely do it again.

We had our year end function here. And we were really impressed with the food. I had the lamb rack which was a winner. Views were also amazing!! Our waitress Winnie was really pleasant, and helpful. Getting into the venue from the Esplanade was a bit of a challenge with it being December, but I suppose that is the case with most places during the festive.

Had a really unpleasant experience here. Everything was severely over salted and we had to send it back. Our waitress was unable to use a corkscrew and had dirt under her finger nails. We tried to order starters and they were (luckily) unavailable. Unfortunate use of a beautiful location.

Spectacular view across the yacht basin from the tables closest to windows. The restaurant is a glasshouse, which must be spectacular on a sunny day. The service was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Interesting bread service with Zartar spice. We shared the starter mushroom tortellini with creme freche, which rounded off the flavours perfectly. I Had the sirloin with beef jus, which was tasty, My companion had the duck trio, which was good, none of the mains had the same wow factor as the starter. I had a nojito, which was refreshing, but a bit sweet. All in all, a lovely evening out.

Maybe it was an off night for the kitchen but in all honesty the food was lousy. I get that restaurants should charge higher prices than your corner shop take away and really don't mind paying, which is why we'd opt for a restaurant in the first place but the price was ridiculous for what we received and no one in our table of 12 found their food remotely tasty. Even if it was at a reasonable price, it would still not be worth it. The service was below par and the table waited for ages to order the next round of drinks. I ordered the trio duck which was possibly the worst duck I've had with the accompanying sides virtually non existent on the plate. We asked for chillies to aid the blandness of the meal and two tiny bowls were brought out, only to find we were billed R15 a bowl for something we get for free in abundance at the local pizza joints, without our waiter caring to let us letting us know. The restaurant is really beautiful and the ambience was nice but that's about all we enjoyed. Seriously underwhelming.

Had a wonderful time. Great service. Ready to explain the menu. The food was delicious and so fresh and the view pretty great too. There isn’t kiddies menu so you can choose from starters but the Sesame Chicken is a great fit and super soft. We also had the lamb chops which was so juicy and Market Fish which was deliciously crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. For dessert try the Cheesecake it’s amazing.

The service is excellent, from the managers who are very accommodating and helped with my booking. The waiter(Russell)was so polite and helpful, he explained each dish so well. The food was well prepared and on time, we enjoyed the 3 course meal. If you looking for good food with a view, this is definitely the place.

Stunning restaurant, very intimate with great food to match the aesthetic. I enjoyed my dinner and the service.
