We recently visited this place, and at first, everything seemed perfect. The spacious terrace with a stunning panoramic view was truly impressive — exactly the kind of setting you’d want to remember and share with friends.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.
We ordered a dish that was supposed to include both a cheese platter and meat. What we received was only cheese. On top of that, we were told it would take 25–30 minutes to prepare. For a platter? That already felt like a joke.
When I asked why there was no meat, the staff apologized, saying something like “we’re uneven now” — probably meaning they made a mistake. They took the plate away and returned about 20 minutes later with a few pieces of meat added.
But by then, the damage was done. It’s disheartening to experience this kind of treatment in a restaurant attached to a hotel that aims for a high standard. It felt like a typical case of how tourists are sometimes treated — as if we can’t read menus, won’t notice what’s missing, or can’t understand the language.
But it’s 2025 — every tourist has a translator on their phone.
I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. A beautiful view is nice, but it doesn’t make up for poor service.
