The Diamond Way ( Lash Tech) SCAM!!!!! NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS NOT FREE MONEY….A deposit is meant to hold your spot and pay for a portion of your service or held for NO Call No Show purpose. It is not meant for keepsake. I booked a lash and brow tint appointment online at a booking site. And appointment was confirmed via email for both services. I sent a deposit as indicated on website…… WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO CONFIRM AN APPOINTMENT if deposit is the collateral and appointment already confirmed via email. When I booked the appointment, my phone number was off a digit. And the lash tech made attempts to revise and confirm via text but failed to contact me through email. I showed up to the shop, she was not there…. I waited 30 minutes and reached out to the tech but didn’t get a response back until after I left the shop. I was told my appointments was canceled and I’m not entitled to a reimbursed for a deposit on a service that wasn’t confirmed. I showed up on time and the lash tech was not onsite. I was told thats her policy…… Your policies are very shady. I gave you 2 stars because the hairdresser that was there; did her best to try help sort it out. But stir clear of this lash tech.
