The most irritating part was the price online was not the price inside 👎🏾 I feel like the online price should have been honored inside the establishment! Especially due to the fact that y'all are aware that it says one price online versus inside, that needs to be updated ASAP! The service was great the young lady was very courteous and helpful, but I couldn't get over the price plus the food just wasn't worth 11! IMO it was bland and barely mid. I mean When I pay $11 for lunch the food needs to be on point and it absolutely wasn't 🤷🏾‍♀️very disappointed will not be returning.

The food is wonderful and the customer service The food here is really good and the workers are very nice and welcoming once you’re inside. You can tell they care about the quality of what they serve. The only downside is that it’s very hard to get someone to answer the phone. Calling ahead or trying to place an order by phone can be frustrating at times. Overall, great food and friendly staff — just wish the phone service was more consistent. I’d definitely still recommend stopping by in person.

Called 3x no answer, bout to pull up n see why. The establishment wasn’t packed or busy, further more as I stood there neither cashier greeted me nor said anything. They over charge for the fried dumplings $5.99 for 6 dumplings is ridiculous. I have paid $5 for 8dumplings every where else.

The food is excellent. The service is fantastic. The Atmosphere is great. The wait time for your food was successful to us. Another satisfied customer. I appreciate the quality of the food. Have a wonderful day

Just had the wings. Wasn't bad at all and wasn't really good just ok wings. Shifty people coming into the place but I guess it's expected considering...

Addicted to their Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich🧀baskets...mild wings...with a large Peach Drink....if you want Kool aid...they also have that fruit punch and Lemonade available 😋 There service is always fast and their food is cooked with so much love. Stop by and support this local Buisness Owner. To the owners, thank you for providing great service and quality meals all these years

I walked into A&D’s at approximately 3:00 and ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, because of the pictures of the food on the website, and I have heard great things about their food from other employees who work at the Dallas VA. When I walked in, the restaurant was empty, except for the two gentleman at the counter paying for their food and leaving. I placed my order for ONE sandwich, and I sat down to wait until it was done, and even had a conversation with the man working at the counter for a little bit, when two people came in and placed their order. Two more people came in, and at this time there was someone sitting at every table. I chose to sit in a chair close to the door, as I was alone and still waiting for my sandwich. Well, one by one, customers who had come in after me were getting their food before I was, and I could not understand why. Well, I asked the young lady at the counter, and her response was, “They already called their orders in”. This, unfortunately was a blatant lie, but I decided not to dispute her claim, because I didn’t want to make a scene. However, the man at the front desk DID apologize, as he could not understand why I was still in the restaurant after he had taken my order almost 30 minutes ago. ( He also was very pleasant about it, and smiled the whole time) So, after 32 minutes of waiting for ONE Philly cheesesteak sandwich, this is what I got!!! Smh….. Unbelievable!!! Words alone cannot express how I FELT when I experienced this in this restaurant. To be overlooked, or treated like your money is not the same as the “others” that were there, is not a good experience. ESPECIALLY when you’re not the only person who notices it. I plan to discuss this matter with the owner in the near future, so I hope that this will not be an issue that anyone else will experience in this restaurant. Tighten up, A&D, as you never know who will come to your restaurant. Treat everyone the same, and don’t discriminate, ESPECIALLY when your place of business is in the heart of the city.

Can never go wrong with the philly and wing combo! I have been going here for over 7 years and everything is just as good as when I originally ate here. I pray they never go out of business.

For when you can't decide between chicken wings and a cheesesteak...get a combo! Fast service, cheap price, delicious food.

I love this place so much the ONLY reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the chicken wings are small and they don't put a lot of meat in the Philly cheese steak

I got the 6pc medium wing combo with chicken fried rice. The fried rice wasn't anything special but their wings were really crispy, I just wished that they made their medium more spicy cause to me it tasted mild and a little sweet.

First time in and I had the cheese steak with BBQ wings. It was pretty darn good. Not too expensive, and they got my order right with modifications. I like this spot.

One word. WOW. Wings are amazing ham and cheese salad was amazing and philly cheese was BOMB!!!!!! Awww Definitely a hidden gem in Dallas. The neighborhood is scetchy but don't mess with them they won't mess with you.

It was cool great experience I love going to this place.Hands-down would recommend to anyone and The owner is a very cool guy.

I love this place!! This is one of my food spots when I come to the Dallas area. I LOVE the Philly Cheesesteak and Lemon Pepper Wings...and I can't leave out the peach/lemonade drink. Delicious!!!

I always eat here not the best but it gets the job done at a good price and they also have some pretty good wings

Been coming here for years! Philly Cheese Steaks are good I always get the Philly and wing combo w/ a order of fries. Well worth it!!! Service isn't bad either.

Awesome wings! Just cooked right! They have 5 different wing sauces and they are all excellent. Try hot!! You won't regret. Philly steak sandwich is what they are known for and it is DELICIOUS. Perfect portion of steak and cheese. Fried rice is alot better than any of your neighborhood chinese restaurant. Try combination style. Oh, don't forget the peach punch, the best punch in DFW area.

Stopped by to get their philly and their wings, everything was cooked to my likings. I don't know why but their teriyaki sauce is really good! Also like pouring their bbq sauce on my philly sandwich. Price was still reasonable, and great food.

First time, I got the cheesesteak and wing combo. Cheesesteak was good but to be honest, it could have been a lot better. In my opinion, it could have used more vegetables (mushrooms, onions, bell peppers) and cheese. The wings were standard, nothing great about them. All-in-all the meal was okay and wasn't expensive so I guess I got my monies worth. I plan on going back soon to try something else.

Ordered Philly cheesesteak combo. Cheesesteak was good but not the best I've ate. French fries were undercooked so they went uneaten. They also serve wings which everyone was ordering. Not a total waste of money but prob wouldn't go back.

The food is barely fair. The cheesesteak was bland and the wings were just fair. The staff is definitely not excited to see customers coming and that's unfortunate. Probably won't return.
