We came on a Friday at 2pm and while there was a queue, we still got to sit within 20 minutes. The restaurant is clean and the food was good. My 4 year old daughter ate so well. She finished her rice and beef and asked for more. We were so surprised. We had the brisket soup and the meat soup as well as the beef stir fried with kale. It was super good. I loved my soup and added ginger and chili to make it customised to my taste.

9/10, Simple, elegant and flavourful beef dishes. There's really not much to say other than they keep their menu simple and their food is just done really well. Every single dish we ordered was on point, the noodles, the vegetables, the soup. Perhaps the only gripe I had was the 牛肉燥饭, which was somewhat less flavourful (too much rice). I would say highly recommended but their ratings already speak for themselves.

A bit of a long line, but not unbearable to wait through since it moves pretty fast. You fill out your order sheet beforehand, so they get your food out pretty fast once you sit down. We got the beef noodle soup, some stir fried vegetables, beef brisket soup, and some stir fried noodles. Definitely better than the place we went to the other day, the broth was extremely flavorful with hand-cut noodles that really soaked in that delicious broth.

beef is tender, the soup is rich and flavorful, and the portion is just right. The taste feels authentic and comforting — perfect for both locals and visitors. Definitely one of my favorite food spots in Tainan!

Cash only! Ask for english menu. The beef fried rice was to die for! The beef soup is best dipped in the sauce. We just followed how the locals did it. Put some ginger in the soup too!

This spot serves the best beef soup in the area, hands down. A Tainan specialty, it’s an absolute must-try if you’re visiting. You’ll queue up to order and pay before grabbing a seat, and while the prices are a bit high for a street-side restaurant, the generous portions and incredible flavor make it worth every dollar. The food comes out quickly, the service is solid, and their popularity speaks for itself—they’ve even opened a second location within walking distance if the line for this location gets too long. I highly recommend the premium cut beef soup, beef fried rice, and beef tongue side. Just thinking about it has me drooling. This is a must-visit!

The beef soup is heavenly and full of pure beefy flavor without those unnecessary condiments or spices you get elsewhere. Options to eat in air conditioned room. Must come early else you need to wait in line. The beef slices are tender and delicious.

Since 1968, this beloved eatery has been serving up mouthwatering hand-sliced beef, lightly cooked in a rich, bubbling broth made from beef bones and veggies. The tender slices are best enjoyed dipped in their signature sweet, thick soy sauce with a touch of shredded ginger—simple, comforting, and absolutely delicious!
