Just next to the plaza, yet cocktails are half price (and food is cheap too). Even better : the cocktails are good, and actually quite strong. Vibe is super chill, workers too... just go there. Just do. Deserves 5 stars for sure.

A true gem! I stumbled upon it yesterday just for a spritz and had to come back today to get another lime spritz some tartare. The music is fantastic, the owners/workers are so attentive, and food/drinks are incredible!!

Google
the best beef tartare I've had in Europe so far, and I always had beef tartare for most of the time I eat out. The dish looks simple, but it's so good. I'd recommend the Priore beef tartare - beef with onions and balsamic vinegar. The salad was unexpectedly delicious. The tomatoes on the crostini were amazing too, such a great meal with great vibes! The owner was kind and friendly, in general I loved the whole experience here :)

Came for the aperol spritz, stayed for the tartare. Everything was perfect: fresh, delicious and made with high quality ingredients. Made our first dinner in Florence unforgettable.

The tartares are amazing! My sister enjoyed her tongue ragu with ravioli. My nephew had tartar for the first time and loved it. Highly recommended this restaurant. They accommodated allergies and sensitivities.

I am Italian, let me tell you that this is an amazing place with very good food and drinks for a very good price! I suggest you to try it out, just out of Pontevecchio and with very few tables, cold beer and amazing aperitivo!

Yelp
Excellent drinks, vibes are on point. Prices are great. I could stay here all day and drink. Appetizers and food is delicious. Great place to stop in between museums or whatever else you're doing and have a drink and some food.

Yelp
Fresh fish and beef tartar. Family owned and feels like it. Unique for Florence, worth a stop for a change from typical Italian food. Good vibe, fun music, casual and welcoming. Two thumbs up.

Yelp
A delicious hidden cafe with quality service from father and son. Very reasonable prices for beautifully adorned plates.

Yelp
This place is incredible. Nic is the chef/ waiter of this very intimate restaurant. He was the only person here when we came to eat lunch. He sat us, waited on us then made our food and served it to us. You can see in his inviting, care free smile that he is so very proud of his little restaurant. He puts his heart and soul into this place and you can tell. The Food is incredible. Hands down the best bite of food I've ever had. We all got different variations of the beef tartare, and each one was unique and delicious. The portions are great for the price. Absolutely come here if you are in Florence, it's the best decision we've made food wise so far. Nic is amazing

Yelp
So fresh and delicious! We started with the tongue and parsley crostini and the tripe crostini (in the summer, served raw - more like a delicately flavored ceviche). Both were tender and well balanced. We then had the tartare made like a burrito (I don't remember what it was called on the menu) and the tartare-Kathmandu with soy sauce and avocado. They plucked a fresh chili pepper for us to add to the burrito. The flavor of tartakathmandu was subtle - not overdone on soy sauce. The burrito was a different dish (as well it should be) and also excellent. We ended the meal with dessert, which was light enough to feel good about eating, and good quality coffee. It was exactly the kind of meal we needed after having so much bread and pasta for 2 weeks.

Yelp
My partner and I loved this place. It's a tiny intimate place with a nice atmosphere. The chef/owner was friendly, kind and even told a sweet story about a dish inspired by his grandmother. The beef tartare was amazing and the red wine was made locally by a friend. The whole experience was non-touristy and relaxing.

Yelp
We stumbled upon this restaurant while wandering around and are SO glad we decided to sit down! The food is incredible and decently priced for the amazing quality. Friendly staff. English was so-so, but they were so nice regardless. Definitely worth a visit!
