A for Art Design Hotel

A lovely hotel located in the heart of everything. What truly stands out is the excellent service, with well-trained staff, particularly in the restaurant and at reception. The rooms are small but cozy, offering a comfortable stay. Breakfast was decent, though nothing too fancy. The terrace is easily the coolest spot in town. We had a great time overall, and the complimentary self-parking was a nice bonus.

This hotel is amazing not just for the quirky design and art but for the food and the most amazing staff we have ever experienced. Vasillis was outstanding so friendly and courteous to everyone whether they were a guest staying or someone who had just come to drink or eat at the hotel. The food quality was fabulous and very inventive as well. The choice of wines was also very extensive and Vasillis’s knowledge of them was superb. We stayed for 10 nights on half board basis and no two meals were the same. The housekeeping staff we brilliant too and always smiling and cleaned the rooms so thoroughly. We explored the area a little caught the bus to Panagia which was a quaint little village in the hills on 15 min bus ride for €2. Lovely pottery there as well as the olive oil museum. If we visited the island again would stay here for definite but for us we wish to try a different one next year. Thanks to ALL the staff for your hospitality 🤩

A for Art is right in the heart of Limenas, the main city of Thasos. This makes it a great choice for exploring the island while enjoying the city as well. The hotel is in a preserved building allowing minimal interventions and while facilities are quite good, rooms could be refreshed a little bit. We have not tried the hotel's awarded restaurant for dinner as although it looked extremely promising we preferred more traditional tastes from around the island, yet the breakfast is excellent and so is the bar at nights where we have particularly enjoyed the two live music events during our stay. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always willing to accommodate any request of ours.||Hint: make sure you book a parking with the hotel (we did) as without it, you will suffer.

Everything about the hotel is perfect. We had such an amazing week there . All the staff are excellent .The food was delicious at every meal.The hotel is spotlessly clean. The bedroom was beautifully furnished to a high standard.The art and design work is fabulous. The location is great, with a lovely beach close by. We just can't wait to go back next year.

This hotel provides an unique experience, unlike any Greek hotel we've been to before. The rooms are very nice and the decor throughout is very different. A buffet breakfast was part of our deal and surprisingly included bacon, eggs, scrambled eggs as well as the usual cold fare. The staff are wonderful and we wouldn't hesitate to visit again. The only negative was being on the top floor which meant our room was too warm for us to get a good night's sleep. There was air conditioning in the room but I was told it was too early in the season to switch it on. If they could rectify this it would be perfect.

Perfect location. Just in the middle of city center. Very kind and nice staff. Rooms are spacious enough. Highly clean and ordered. In particular, I would like to mention the manager Vasylis (hope to have written it correctly 😊) who is fully solution oriented with a constant positive attitude. Really appreciated. It would be my only choice if I visit Thassos again.

Excellent in every way. Faultless service, by lovely helpful staff. Our waitress talked us through the menu and helped choose our wine too. The food is top class, just like the best Michelin starred restaurants at home. They even gave us some beautiful handmade chocolates and free desert wine when one of them heard it was our wedding anniversary whilst we were chatting. If you want the best, then this is the place to go.

The hotel, rooms and gardens are very well maintained and spotless. All the staff go above and beyond most especially the hotel manager. The breakfast is of excellent quality and a wide variety to suit everyone. The hotel is well placed in the town and local beaches
