Absolute Wonderful Hotel with fantastic amenities. We loved the swimming pool and staff were amazing!! We used the work out room several times. ||My husband and I received the BEST Massage at the Spa located on the 23rd floor. We were provided delicious yogurt and the best refreshing tea along with our 60 minute massage and 15 minute foot massage.|**Dung & Ngoc were the best!! They provided myself and my husband a fabulous massage!! We were hoping to get another massage before we left Da Nang but ran out of time. We highly recommend to get your massages at the spa they are phenomenal!

Absolutely Five Stars! A La Carte Da Nang Beach exceeded every expectation for a luxury beachfront escape. The highlight, without a doubt, is the stunning rooftop infinity pool and bar, offering breathtaking panoramic views of My Khe Beach and the Son Tra Peninsula—perfect for sunset cocktails. Our spacious Light Plus studio/apartment felt like a home away from home, featuring a convenient kitchenette and a gorgeous balcony with a sea view that was a joy to wake up to every morning. The staff service was exceptional—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive from check-in to check-out. The beachfront location is unbeatable, with the sand and ocean just a walk across the street, and a variety of great dining options nearby. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. An incredible experience of comfort, luxury, and prime location. We cannot wait to return

I came on my first family trip to Danang, but when I arrived at dawn time, the Alcatraz Hotel was able to check in in the morning. It was nice right in front of Mikvichi and the facilities are good and the first trip will be a pleasure.Clean and tidy rooms with great location and staff is really helpful and polite. Enjoyed our stay with A La Carte Danang Beach. We are very happy with the services and breakfast was really good with vast variety of food. If you visit Danang please stay at A La Carte Danang Beach hotel

Amazing location; good for groups and families Liked · The location is amazing - there are a couple of open beach clubs opposite the hotel, but the noise level isn't that high to keep you up. The staff is polite and friendly at the lobby and poolside. Breakfast was good and diverse, with live counters and freshly baked items. However, the options were almost the same for the entire week during our stay - it would have been better if there was a bit more variety. Overall experience was good though, and I might even visit the property again. Disliked · The porter at the front desk didn't help at all or even offer to carry our bags. There were 2-3 guys near the front door, but no one attended to us when we reached the hotel. Even during check-out, they didn't take the bags or help with loading luggage in the cab.

I stayed here for 3 days and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and located in the perfect spot — with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket, plus it’s only 15 minutes from the airport. Everything was so convenient and well connected. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and polite, which made my stay even better. Thank you to the entire team for making this experience so wonderful. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

We stayed for four nights and it was a roller-coaster. The room was nicely decorated but the details let it down. There was no bed head, bedside table or power point on one side of very hard bed. No extra pillows. Pillows were down feathers so not great. The lighting was terrible. Don't even try to put make up on or see your clothes when the sun goes down. Want to wash a dish...nope! No dish soap. Want to keep a drink cold...oops you froze it! Now let's talk about noise. The upstairs people may as well have been elephants. They seemed to be moving all the furniture. Then the drain in the bathroom was dripping really loud...and lastly an air-conditioner was vibrating and clanging. Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse the staff were weird about towels and the pool and finally the check out! They try to charge you for a water you didn't drink, then tell you it may have been a beer. Really...makes you wonder

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! I would like to start off by saying that all the staff we encountered at A La Carte were wonderful and I believe they did everything they could to ensure we had a lovely stay. The hotel itself is a bit dated and could definitely use a refresh, but overall it’s clean and the pool, gym, sauna and spa are great. Unfortunately, I have to base my review on the fact that A La Carte fails to provide the most basic requirement of a hotel: a quiet place to sleep. There are beach clubs directly across the road that blast incredibly loud music late into the night. We initially checked into an Ocean View Apartment and I honestly couldn’t believe how loud it was. It was impossible to think, let alone sleep. The bass was so intense that the springs in the bed were literally vibrating. This room was on the 17th floor, so I can’t even imagine how much worse it would be on the lower levels. I had read a few reviews mentioning the noise, but I’m not a light sleeper and figured it would be manageable. Never in a million years did I expect it to be that bad. To their credit, the hotel moved us to a One Bedroom Apartment at the back of the building on the 21st floor. While it was an improvement, our sleep was still disturbed. Even with earplugs in, my husband could hear the music. Unfortunately, we were unable to change hotels and over the two weeks we were there, we only had two decent nights of sleep (both times it was raining and the beach clubs didn’t operate). I understand that the hotel has spoken to local authorities, but if the situation remains unresolved, they need to take action themselves. As a priority, A La Carte must improve their soundproofing; whether it’s better window glazing, secondary window inserts, acoustic curtains, or all of the above. To make matters worse, we were told there would be no refund for the first week when we moved from the Ocean View Apartment to a regular One Bedroom Apartment, because it was “our choice” to move (as if we had any other option?!) That policy needs to change. Guests should be compensated in situations like this. Quite frankly, it’s unacceptable that A La Carte charge more for the Ocean View Apartments when they are clearly the worst-positioned rooms in the building. I feel compelled to warn fellow travelers against staying at this hotel.
