A La Carte Danang Beach

Location was great, near many convenience stores and restaurants and just across the beach area. Area is not too busy, and more laid back. Its also not too far from the city center - around 10min via taxi. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. They are always smiling and ready to help. Room is spacious and beds are soft and comfortable. Amenities are complete. The only (small) problem we encountered was the bathroom setup - there was no shower curtain and the bathroom easily floods after you shower.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The view from the balcony is just divine. The room is like an apartment. Staff are polite and helpful. View from the restaurant is great. The shower area in the bathroom doesn’t have a door though, so water tends to splash in the floor near the toilet area. Lighting in the bathroom isn’t too great as well, as it seems too dark. Overall our stay was amazing and we’d go back if given the chance.

This is a review for the 2 bedroom city view room. Meets expectations. Bed is soft, pillows are fluffy with free water and room refresh everyday but the bathroom floods which seems common with the other Vietnamese hotels in the area.||For the amount we paid 7.2M+ vietnamese dong plus taxes plus 2M dong deposit it still did not include breakfast whereas other hotels will already include it. ||You can get the same room somewhere else for better bang for your buck.||PS don't forget to return the laundry bag because they will charge it upon check-out.

Great location, reasonable priced too. To NOTE for others travellers: They try their best to clean the room, but construction next door create lots of dust. Breakfast is basic in taste and FIX with the standard items everyday, nothing special + no expresso coffee for breakfast. POTENTIAL Problems : They charge $$ for mineral water in the fridge that is of the same bottle type and brand vs the 4 bottle place on the kitchen table, can be confusing if you are family with young kids. They charge $$ for disposable laundry bag! (usually provided by resort hotels for pack dirty laundry for bring home). They need 5-10 mins to check your room during check out, so do it early if you are in a rush.

Great beach side hotel. Lovely staff and welcome welcome drink. Breakfast was great and provided a large variety. Rooms were not quite 5 star but we're very large and comfortable. We stayed in a 2br room that lacked a bit wow factor, but was nice. The rooftop infinity pool was a spectacular sight.. the lobby was also very comfortable and welcoming. Would come again.

we rent private apartments in the building and want to leave a negative review about the hotel management - we pay 1.8 million dong per month for management and in fact we get nothing - the gym has become a paid service since this year - one visit is 100 thousand dong (for this money, a 30 m2 gym seems terrible, not enough equipment and space), the pool is paid - 100 thousand dong, and when we have a problem - the managers refuse to help - so our key was demagnetized and we contacted the hotel staff and they did not want to do anything, although we know that they previously helped with this problem. It is unpleasant that a good hotel has such a strange attitude towards customers the rooms here are good, but the managers should work on customer focus so as not to lose money

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Alacarte Hotel in Da Nang. Although the location is quite nice, the service and quality are nowhere near worth the price. The room was dirty, smelled musty, and the furniture was outdated. The staff was unprofessional, with poor service attitudes and unfriendly behavior.||The worst part was the lack of soundproofing; I was constantly disturbed by the noise from the construction site across the street, both day and night. On top of that, dust from the construction kept coming into the room, making my stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also terrible, with limited options and poor taste.||What made it even worse is that this trip was supposed to be a relaxing getaway during the Christmas and New Year holiday, but it turned into a nightmare. This was by far the worst vacation experience I’ve ever had. I will never come back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

My family and I had a pretty bad experience staying here. It was our first time in Da Nang and the apartment looked nothing like the photos. The furniture was old and really worn out. We spent New Year’s here, but honestly, we were so disappointed with the place. Everything, like the chairs, lights and appliances felt so much older than what was shown in the pictures. There was even a dirty chair in the dining room that no one wanted to sit on. On the bright side, the location is convenient with lots of restaurants around but it does get pretty noisy at night.
