Had dinner at À la Table du Bon Roi Stanislas in Nancy and was thoroughly impressed. The place is small and simple in interior design, but it exudes a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
Started with the Quasi de Veau rôti au basilic et parmesan, which was excellent in taste. The veal was tender and flavorful, complemented perfectly by the basil and parmesan.
For dessert, I had the Blanc-Manger, which was delightfully light and creamy, providing a satisfying end to the meal.
The service was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. Despite the modest decor, the quality of the dishes truly stands out, making this restaurant a must-visit for anyone in Nancy.
