A la Table du Bon Roi Stanislas

Had dinner at À la Table du Bon Roi Stanislas in Nancy and was thoroughly impressed. The place is small and simple in interior design, but it exudes a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Started with the Quasi de Veau rôti au basilic et parmesan, which was excellent in taste. The veal was tender and flavorful, complemented perfectly by the basil and parmesan. For dessert, I had the Blanc-Manger, which was delightfully light and creamy, providing a satisfying end to the meal. The service was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. Despite the modest decor, the quality of the dishes truly stands out, making this restaurant a must-visit for anyone in Nancy.

Un repas d’anniversaire inoubliable! Had a wonderful birthday meal here- delicious and good sized portions. Had a set meal with starter, main, cheese board and dessert. The wine pairings for the mains were excellent! Was pleasantly full and not uncomfortably stuffed. Didnt have to worry about language barriers- our waiter Jonathan was super accommodating explaining the different wine pairings, and was maintaining speaking French to me whilst also speaking to my partner in English. 10/10, would recommend! This was one of my most memorable meals - and in a good way! There are three to four options per course. All were interesting combinations and they were explained by the owner. I frequently eat at good restaurants and this is one of the best meals I have had. Fresh produce, clever combinations, excellent cooking and great service. And the cost was modest. If I come back to Nancy I will return.

Last evening in Nancy, had an amazing diner, the flavours are superb. Waiter spoke English and took the time to explain. Lovely :-)

Very good restaurant in a side street in Nancy. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and a knowledgeable and attentive (but not intrusive) front of house. Food was very good with a Polish influence and the portions were of a good size without being too large. A good selection of beers and wines were available also. Very reasonably priced, we came away feeling very happy and well fed. Highly recommended.

Best food experience in Nancy!! You definitly taste top quality and freshness of the ingredients. Each dish is home made and prepared with fine skills. We stayed 2 nights in Nancy and came back here TWICE. Super professional service, the waiter really took his time to explane everything on the menu. Don't hesitate to come here!

We went there for dinner last night because the restaurant was recommended in our travel guide and at several websites. It was an amazing experience and by far the best dinner we had for a long time. Everything is homemade and just delicious, especially in combination with the wine suggestions. We took the menu, but could even exchange the dessert with an additional Entrée. The waiter was extremely nice and explained everything in detail. We will come back for sure!
