Good service, great location and a fair price. The rooms are clean yet old and run down. Breakfast was basic (salad, cut vegetables, hard boiled eggs, white bread and cheese).

A brilliant and quiet location in the center of rechavia, Jerusalem It's 5 mins walk from both Gan Sacher and King George street It's right next to a shul as well The rooms are super clean and the beds are very comfortable

After booking, I was requested to provide my estimated arrival time which was 9:00PM. It was advertised that parking is available which is false. Street parking in Jerusalem is a very rare commodity and at such late hours, there was no parking in a radius of 1/2 mile. There was nobody at the reception and nobody answered the phone number provided on the reservation. By pure luck, one of the guests told me that there is a sticker at entrance with a phone number and WhatsApp number. I called both but nobody answered. Left a WhatsApp message. Only then I discovered that the owner send a WhatsApp message advising that one room is open for us. In the room, I discovered a quite basic and simple accommodation which fell very short of the pictures on the site advertised by Bookin.com Furthermore, the TV was broken.||On a later telephone conversation with a representative, he told me a bunch of lies that he tried contacting me on the phone (no message left and no I dicarions of missed calls). ||While we stayed at much better accommodations and hotels in Israel for similar or lesser price, we never encountered such annoying and arrogant attitude from owners or managers. I strongly recommend double checking the Booking.com advertised accommodation, eventually verifying by phone or email with the property whether parkin, accommodation, availability of basic service are actually in fact available As far as this specific property, I recommend avoiding it or if you book it, you are most likely to regret your decision.

The location is excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. In fact, breakfast was excellent as well, a delightful buffet. |However, the building has seen better days and is way overdue for renovation. The bathroom, in particular, was dilapidated, and the room itself, basic in the extreme.|And be forewarned that there is really no parking anywhere nearby - unless you have an app for Jerusalem street parking, and for that you need an Israeli identity card.

The staff at the front desk are very helpful. In particular, Jamal was professional, helpful, friendly and went out of his way to get us settled in with great recommendations for dinner.||||We had a room on the first floor, which I would not do again. It was very noisy. You could hear all the conversations of other guests in the reception area through the closed door. There was a gap under the door of about 1 inch, which allowed both noise and light from the hallway into the room all night long. ||The other problem was the bathroom. The light switch is on the outside of the bathroom (very common in Israel), meaning that you turn the light on, open the door, and then enter. This means that everyone else in the room is awakened with the light.||||The Israeli breakfast was good...not the best, but not the worst that I have ever had. The internet was fine. Since this is a kosher place, there is no elevator on Shabbat, and only instant coffee (not brewed), tea and powdered chocolate drink on Shabbat.||||The bathroom was not completely clean. There was stuff on the floor behind the toilet from the previous occupants. When we checked in to the room, there were bath towels, but no hand towels. We did get hand towels once we asked for them.||||The best thing was that the hotel is located about a 25 min walk from the Mamilla shopping area and therefore very close to Jaffa gate into the old city.||||I would probably not stay here again.

No parking, some of the staff were rude, the room was smelly, the toilet wasn’t connected to the floor, barely could’ve close the room of the toilet, the bathtub made weird noises like its going to break. It didnt worth the money at all ((1800 ils for 3 nights). |When offered substitute - it was either 10 minutes drive from the current hotel, 3rd floor without working elevator or 2nd floor room without a safe for my valuables. |When I left on the first day to the old city, I specifically asked the receptionist - that no one will enter my room - she said yes but they have clearly ignored my wishes and fixed the toilet leaving a mess on the floor. |It was ground floor and we couldnt lock the windows because they didn’t completely fit the frames.

Hotel is a bit on older side but is well maintained. Fully kosher. Rechavia is a 15 minute walk to old city, machane Yehuda, or Israel Museum. Breakfast is good (not over the top). Rooms are clean and take regular key. Housekeeping is excellent. Parking on street is easy if you have Cellopark.

Very nice and accommodating, a good place to stay for a few days, my room had a mini fridge, desk, chair, large bed, full bathroom, small table and 2 nightstands. Located in a very central location in walking distance to the old city and town (Ben Yehuda) area. Comfortable and just nice enough to feel like a hotel, but not too fancy where you might feel uncomfortable.
