My partner and I would rate A Mano a solid 10/10, it was such a great experience from start to finish. My personal favorite was the Garganelli Bianco. I honestly thought I was gonna levitate when I tasted it. The Tartufata easily became our top 1 truffle pizza, and the Formaggi was the perfect balance since most of our dishes were truffle-based. The Lasagna Verde is an interesting concept, though flavor-wise, it didn’t really stand out aside from the fact that it is "verde". We also loved the Soft Burrata with Honeycomb — never thought saltiness and sweetness could go so well together, especially for dolci. Service was top-tier. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, making us feel warm and welcome. They even surprised us with a free tiramisu for our anniversary, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the ambiance since the tables were placed a bit too close to each other, so it felt like people beside us could easily overhear our conversations which kind of took away the fine dining vibe a bit. Overall, an easy 9/10. We’d definitely come back to try more dishes!

A very good Italian restaurant that truly delivers on quality and flavor. It can get a bit pricey but it is absolutely worth the money because every dish is prepared with care and tastes authentic. The servings are big and satisfying which makes the experience even better. The pasta, pizza, and appetizers all have that rich homemade taste you look for in real Italian cooking. The staff are very attentive and nice, always checking in without being intrusive. I really like the authenticity of the food, the quality of the ingredients, and the overall flavor in every dish. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Amano in BGC offers an amazing dining experience. The food is really good, and it’s definitely a place I’d love to go back to. It is quite expensive, but the quality and experience make it worth it especially for a nice meal with family. The staff are kind and very attentive, which adds to the overall comfort and enjoyment. Highly recommended for special occasions or when you just want a memorable dining experience.

Their steak was very flavorful and delicious however some parts were too salty. The Margherita pizza was also good. We love their burrata ice cream! And their service is impressive.

We ordered several dishes to share, which was perfect for trying a little of everything. The wood fired pizzas were excellent, and the pastas didn’t disappoint. The standout dishes were the truffle pasta and the soft serve with olive oil, absolutely delicious! Booking is required.

one of the few restaurants i’ve been to that can change pasta to gluten free. garganelli bianco pasta, burrata ice cream, and panna cotta were super delicious. our servers aleja and jayson were very kind and accommodating. try to make a reservation because the line was really long on a weekend.

If I could give a 5+ review I will definitely give Amano more than the maximum rating. The Bianco truffle pizza was just amazing! I will recommend to ask for chili honey. Not to mention the awesome service of Deo! Just a great dining experience at Amano. We will definitely come back and will try the Pizza Iberico. A must try, the olive pork and sea salt soft serve ice cream, Yum!

We stayed at Manila only for one night, and chose this restaurant for out dinner. It did not disappoint! All the dishes were really fresh and tasty. Staff is friendly and attentive even when it gets busy. 😊
