My partner and I would rate A Mano a solid 10/10, it was such a great experience from start to finish.
My personal favorite was the Garganelli Bianco. I honestly thought I was gonna levitate when I tasted it. The Tartufata easily became our top 1 truffle pizza, and the Formaggi was the perfect balance since most of our dishes were truffle-based. The Lasagna Verde is an interesting concept, though flavor-wise, it didn’t really stand out aside from the fact that it is "verde".
We also loved the Soft Burrata with Honeycomb — never thought saltiness and sweetness could go so well together, especially for dolci.
Service was top-tier. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, making us feel warm and welcome. They even surprised us with a free tiramisu for our anniversary, which we really appreciated.
The only downside was the ambiance since the tables were placed a bit too close to each other, so it felt like people beside us could easily overhear our conversations which kind of took away the fine dining vibe a bit.
Overall, an easy 9/10. We’d definitely come back to try more dishes!
