Tried this on a soft opening, very tasty and reasonably priced. Store is clean and fashionable. Recommend it! PS: I waited for 30 mins at dinner take out, also other customers, they kind of serve 7 customers within 40 mins, every one is waiting for a long time, I think it is tasty, but the owner should think about how to improve efficiency to shorten the waiting time.

This new gem of a Vietnamese place has such a serene and a natural setting vibe with an amazing selection of favorites from their menu, plus an option to customize what you like. Hubby and I had the Chapter 2, Chapter 3, and Chapter 5, and everything were flavorful without the guilt of eating them, knowing there were lots of fresh veggies put into them😉If craving for some Vietnamese and want something naturally fresh and healthier, come to this place because it will not disappoint. And, don’t forget to order the Thai Lemonade and Lychee Lemonade to complement that scrumptious meal.

My wife and I recently checked out Noodle Story in Temecula, and we’re already fans. I ordered the lemongrass beef bowl with rice noodles, veggies, and tiger sauce—loaded with flavor and a generous portion. My wife went with the classic beef bánh mì, which was fresh, tasty, and packed with crisp veggies. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and the décor gave the whole place a fun, welcoming vibe. We’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu—so many combinations to try! Temecula just got a new go-to spot.

A Noodle Story is a fast-casual gem serving up flavorful Vietnamese fare. I ordered the Lemongrass Beef Vermicelli Bowl, while my husband went with the BBQ Pork Banh Mi. One of the highlights was how customizable everything was—we got to choose from a variety of sauces and toppings to make each dish our own. The portions were generous, with a surprisingly large amount of protein. The staff was friendly and attentive, even though it’s an order-at-the-counter setup. I enjoyed my meal so much, I ordered the exact same bowl to-go before we left. So bomb—would absolutely come back!

☆☆☆ Stumbled on this place by accident after a Thai restaurant across the way was closed! ... OMG 😲... am I glad we did 😁. Food was absolutely amazing. Service was outstanding - nice, friendly, over accommodating! Loved everything we ate - and the atmosphere was very cool 😎

My edit: with regards to the dog: This was not a ADA service animal. ADA service animals are required to wear an identifying vest. This may have been a "comfort" animal, legally comfort animals are just pets and not allowed in restaurants. We waited a good 45 minutes or more for our food to be served, the food looked absolutely beautiful! Good portion size too, but I have to say that the meat (both the beef and BBQ pork) were extremely salty, maybe the cook accidentally over salted it? I think that if it wasn't so salty, I would have enjoyed it more. The one thing that really turned me off was that I witnessed a couple bringing their mutt dog into the restaurant. The dog was within 3 feet from the stove and was jumping around, pulling on the leash. Then the couple had their dog sitting on the chair and it was half on the table top. Health department website says NO DOG may be inside of a restaurant, other than a service dog. If the restaurant has a patio, the dog can be on the patio with a leash. I love dogs but it is not sanitary to bring it inside of a restaurant and also it isn't sanitary for the dog to be eating off the table or have it's paws on the table top. For these reasons, we will not be coming back. I had high hopes for this place

Updated review May 2025: I think this is the best new Asian food within 50 miles of Temecula. Came back and had a life changing bbq pork Banh Mi, and my wife had an equally amazing lemongrass beef on glass noodles with tiger sauce and all the veggies. Both meats were marinated and grilled to perfection with “wok hai” - the flavor only possible over super high heat. The beef is tri tip and really exceptional. Must try!! March 2025: Great new Asian / Vietnamese food in Temecula! All homemade, and it shows. My wife had the red curry soup with glass noodles and chicken. She loved it. I had the bbq pork Banh Mi and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Don’t miss the egg rolls, which are fabulous and again fully homemade. Delicious meat and noodle filling. And the Thai Lemonade is a refreshing twist on an Arnold Palmer. Overall, not to be missed! We will be back.

10/10 Authentic Asian Food – A Must-Try! As an Asian foodie girl who lives for bold, authentic flavors, I was seriously impressed with this place! I ordered the #3, #5, and a side of eggrolls — and every bite was a flavor bomb. #3 (Red Curry with Egg Noodles): This dish blew me away. The red curry was rich, flavorful, and had that Thai-Lao comfort food vibe that warms your soul. The egg noodles were perfectly cooked — not too soft, not too firm — and soaked up all that delicious curry. It honestly tasted like something straight out of my grandma’s kitchen. #5 (Banh Mi): Wow. The baguette was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Super generous portion with a ton of meat (they do not skimp here!). What really stood out were the pickled radishes — instead of the usual tiny shreds, they were cut thicker, adding this amazing extra crunch. So, so good. Eggrolls: Crispy, flavorful, and served with a tasty dipping sauce — but the real star was the secret spicy sauce they offered on the side. It had a citrusy kick that elevated everything. I ended up dipping everything in it, not just the eggrolls! This spot gets everything right — from portion sizes to flavor to customer service. You can really taste the care and authenticity in each dish. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
