A-One New Wing Hotel

The hotel offers a wide variety of delicious food, and the menu changes frequently to keep things interesting. The rooms have a charming cruise ship theme. Its location is very convenient, just a short walk of under 10 minutes to the beach. It's also close to Terminal 21 Mall, night markets, and the Hard Rock Cafe.

Good deal during low season in July. During my New Wing hotel provided comfortable room and good Customer service, although there was first 2 days having an air-conditioning issue(not quite cooling) but managed to changed a better room for following stays. Overall hotel's staffs are polite, attentive, helpful and friendly especially Bell Captain Mr. Beach, Bell boy Ben. And also the front desk Mr. Bird, Very impressive, tried their best to solve my inquiries. Will book this hotel again in near future

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The location was perfect — close to major attractions, shopping areas, and easily accessible transportation. It made exploring the city so convenient. The condition of the hotel was impressive. Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and all the facilities like the gym and pool were in great shape. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out, and their local recommendations were very helpful. As for the food, it was fantastic! The breakfast buffet had a great variety, with both local and international options, and everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant service was also quick and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back!

A-One New Wing Hotel Pattaya is truly one of my favorite places to stay, and I’ve now had the pleasure of experiencing it twice — once a few years ago, and again recently. Both stays were exceptional, which speaks volumes about the hotel’s consistent service quality and upkeep over time. From the moment you arrive, the hotel gives off a clean, modern, and welcoming vibe. The reception team is incredibly polite, professional, and helpful, making check-in and checkout smooth and stress-free. Whether you’re asking for directions, assistance with luggage, or just a friendly conversation, the staff here always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and valued. The facilities are top-notch — the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the essentials. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere despite being so close to the busy parts of Pattaya. The pool area is lovely and perfect for unwinding, and the gym is well-equipped for a travel workout. The location is also a major plus — just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, and nightlife options, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful stay. Returning to A-One felt like returning to a trusted place that never disappoints. It’s rare to find a hotel that maintains such a high level of service and cleanliness over the years. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya — whether it’s your first time or a repeat trip like mine. Definitely worth every penny!

Hotel is near to the beach and many big shopping malls and night markets. Beds are clean and rooms are spacious. The service by the reception desk staff, Plai and Beach, are exceptional 👍🏻

A1 class hotel to stay near to bustling beach road and yer quieter. Good location, spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast spread and well trained staff. Ms Somjeet from reception was quite helpful to make our stay comfortable and pleasant.|Suggest that the deposit charged shall be reversed immediately at check out than asking to wait for 15 days!

Nice hotel not worth the money in my opinion. We were bif family there. In this hotel building not have swimming pool or kids area. The swimm8ng pool is in another building only. And one of them cost extra 100 thb for person. The kids area there is also in extta money 300thb for each kid + 150 for adults to be with them. The breakfast is also in the next hotel. The parking is free to hotel guests but not comfortable 5 min of walking from hotel and need to sogn the ticket in lobby every entery to parking. The maintencses is no so good. Totaly nice 3/4 starts hotel.

Good value for money. I would like to mention a items for perhaps a better stay experience 1. However, during my stay 21-24/3/2025 I experienced a " foul odour" in the entire lobby from the glass door entrance to the Front Desk reception area. I thought perhaps it was a rare occurrence but After experiencing it twice in one day I informed the Front desk staff member suggesting it was " A drainage odour". I'mNot quite sure what they did for the odour but it definitely was smelling nicer in the lobby. It is a beautiful spacious lobby well lighted,beautiful deco etc but this odour did not do it justice. 2. Also, I would also suggest to the hotel owners to perhaps do a "deep clean on the sofa sets" located in the lobby area as there were many stains on almost every Seat. I say almost every seat because I walked around whilst waiting for my Grab car. 3. The "white aesthetic looking" hot & cold shower knobs in guest rooms were not easy to use As would anyone I adjusted to the water temperature I desired. However The knobs it seemed had a mind of its own Moving by itself Thus making it difficult to adjust to a proper temperature for the shower . I informed the front desk & the maintenance staff came properly to fix the situation. 4. The A-One New Wing looked like a decent sized hotel so it puzzled me to to why the swimming pool was located at the MOOD hotel across the street? 5. Kudos on the Breakfast Buffet selections that even included a HALAL option. On three days I had breakfast at the hotel. There were many guests. I am assuming it's because of the thailand school summer holidays and because it was a weekend as well.  with that number of guest, perhaps it would be a better idea to have more than two wonderful coffee machines which served specialty coffee.
