A-One New Wing Hotel

Overall of my experience was so amazing! All staff made everything easy and convenient for us especially for the children. The location is wonderful, only a minute walk to the beach. The rooms have minimalist design. We stayed there for 6 night. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for the next visit. Big thanks to Pure, Kim, Sek and Jame(waitress) for an exceptional services. Best location with public beach across the street. Cute maritime theme decor, spacious room, wide and well lit hallway, good facilities and amenities with reasonable price. My room,bathroom is very clean, counter space,floor,bedding and pillows are really clean. No funny smell on the pillows or inside the room or even a strand of strayed hair. But I would recommend changing the shower curtain on every each guest stay or bleach them to get rid of yellowish stain and the stench. Bathroom door panel could also use some wiping. Also I would suggest installing a safety handle on the wall above bathtub for guest to be safely getting in and out. There are a lot of staff at the front desk and they are very nice and accommodating. The security staff also very polite. The housekeepers also very friendly. I would come back to stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and attentive throughout our visit, and the doorman, Pure, was always polite and helpful, especially with our children. His calm and friendly presence made coming and going each day very pleasant. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

Thought I would have a treat and stay in the prestigious A one wing hotel as upon arrival again expensive work was being done on the old drop of area. The receptionist was helpful but once obtaining my my room through agoda ( poor room) I was quite disappointed by the tiredness and poor input I would not expect from one of the oldest biggest hotels in Pattaya as for the worn torn towels and no remote for the air conditioning, with all the upgrading they are doing I think a mindful eye should keep a high quality within this establishment but once again I booked through agoda and i think you become the lowest pecking order for rooms as like food delivery and money up front establishments but again the staff were great in their parts except for the aggressive cleaner engineer who told me I had to pay extra for a half bottle of water but I once again let my legs do the walking (7/11)… not a bad stay as for noise from works downstairs and noise neighbour dragging cheers at 1am but expect this in a party town.

My family got right place for very much enjoy this hotel. All staff are very friendly and warmly service. Especially Khun Peachy very excellent service for us. Thank you and come back again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay!The check-in process was smooth and convenient. Everything was spotless — great hygiene and extremely clean throughout. The location is fantastic, right by the beach with a variety of surrounding cafes and bars, which makes it lively. The building feels very safe. All facilities were easily accessible with no restrictions. Although the main building is undergoing renovations, many facilities are still accessible. The service was outstanding — the staff were friendly, extremely attentive, helpful, and patient.

This is a nice hotel with big, clean rooms. The staff is really nice, if you need something they will try to help.|BUT... we had breakfast included and sadly I was surprised to find very few choices for vegetarians and even less for vegans. I had french fries with eggs and some kind of Indian bread. There were also fruits and jams but I don't eat that in the morning. I saw many people from India with plates full of just jam, fruits and bread and even spoke with some; they were as unhappy as I was. Yes, there were some delicious looking steamed veggies but with oyster sauce. Noodles but with shrimp. |Please consider that many guests have different eating habits and we don't all eat bacon and pork. Whether by tradition or choice the world is changing to healthier eating habits.
