A Point Arezzo Park Hotel

⸻||A convenient stop for Tesla charging, but disappointing overall.|I have also stayed at this hotel on a few occasions it’s comfortable and quite pleasant. However on so many visits found the standards of cleanliness consistently lacking in the public toilet facilities . Soap dispensers usually empty , raising hygiene concerns. On two occasions, I experienced digestive issues shortly after consuming items from the snack menu. I reported this to management, but the response was indifferent. It leaves one to question whether proper hygiene protocols are followed in the kitchen. Pity as the staff are very friendly, helpful and top rate

A pity about cleanliness. But strange that with so many negative comments; the management do not bother to respond - or, it seems make changes. As a user of the hotel and regular Tesla charging, why not put some soap in the public toilets? A simple but ignored request

This hotel has a bad attitude and is located in a remote area. At the same time, I felt that I encountered racial discrimination. He would put people of different skin colors together for breakfast, but explicitly stated that people of different skin colors should eat in rooms of their own skin color.

Very cozy place! far from the Square, 25€ trip one way. So keep that in mind. But breakfast is tasty, staff is nice and helpful. Room is a bit outdated but still why would you stay indoors?

Hotel is located at a remote location. We stayed there for two nights and the experience was not good. For everything we had to reach out to the reception like toilet paper, towels etc .. and they were extremely rude and we also experienced racial discrimination. Aircons were not effective as well.

The property and surrounding was good. The room had too many mirrors making it little unusual. The AC temperature was not controller.

While the hotel is “nice” we have no air or hot water. Probably the worst experience of our entire time here in Italy. I would never stay here again.
