A Praça

We went there for lunch on a weekday. It wasn't busy, and we were able to easily find a table for five. We were engaged by someone who helped with the menu. The service was pretty quick, the food delicious, and the bruschetta could have been at least two slices of bread. The vibe was nice and I liked the place. The menu it's 70% vegetarian, so def lot of choices.

Ok. Note to self, and others whose 8.30 PM brain after a day full of travel may not work is "runner beans" is the green ones and not the ones you get with burritos 🤣🤣 Anyway the green beans fritters were ok. Not bad with the mayo. We also had the ravioli which was nice. I had a red wine based port and tonic with this which paired quite nicely. Service was prompt and quick.

We waited around 50 minutes for a burger, and when it finally arrived, it was missing two ingredients. The staff didn’t seem apologetic and only offered to make a new one. By that time, we had already finished two other dishes and spent much longer than expected. We asked to take it to go and were still charged extra for that. It was past 2 PM with very few customers, and we were the last to enter the restaurant, so it’s hard to understand why it took that long to prepare an incorrect order. Also, one of the staff members assumed we were Japanese and said “arigato.” It might have been meant politely, but it felt uncomfortable to be misidentified like that. The place itself is nice to relax, and the staff speak a little English, but overall, the experience was very disappointing.

The food at A Praça was delicious, we started our meal with the octopus salad, and we ate every last bite. I ordered the octopus with potatoes and it was absolutely amazing. To drink we ordered a red sangria that we shared and it was very good, not too sweet, just perfect. And to end the meal we decided to order the Caipirinha cocktail and it was the best one in all of the LXFactory area. (We tried one at each place). The service from the moment we asked for a table was extremely friendly, everyone was attentive and made sure we were having a good experience. If I could, I would eat here every day!

As I'm pregnant,I asked for """well done""" Hamburger but I reviewed a rare hamburger(first photo) Then they took my burger and brought it medium(second photo). So, I didn't eat anything!! 😕 at the end, the lovely lady at the cashier didn't counted a burger.

Happy hour cocktails were good, but food was average. Definitely don't order a burger, their version is just a patty swimming in some oily "sauce". Starters and mains were also brought out together meaning we had to choose what to eat first whilst the other dish went cold.

We had an amazing stop at Praça, thanks in large part to the wonderful waitress Mira. Food was excellent and the Pink Mojito absolutely delicious. The fries with our meals were the best on our entire trip. Mira, though, was the highlight — we appreciated her friendly and caring approach to us. Just a great experience all round.

Cool location in the LX Factory and the service is friendly. The Factory Burger and the Praça Burger were very good and can be recommended. The Chicken Burger was not that great and next time I would not choose it again. We had Pimientos to share and it tasted nice. The fries were delicious but lacked salt. Overall, it is a good choice if you are strolling around LX Factory and are hungry, but don’t expect the greatest meal of your life
