We have now had dinner here almost every night of our wonderful stay on Salina. It is very clear from his dishes that the chef has a passion for his art- putting delicious creative dishes on the plate made from fresh quality local ingredients. Fair prices. Great service. English spoken for those like me whose Italian is not as good as it should be. Highly recommended, I hope we can return one day.

This is a bright, contemporary restaurant in Malfa. It comprises of several outside tables and an open indoor area of several tables with one, fairly long bench for larger groups. The menu is very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our choice of the Fish of the Day - a white fish called Mahi Mahi. This was accompanied by side dishes of vegetables and chunky roast potato chips. The dessert of deconstructed Cannoli was delicious. There is background, easy listening, piano music which is fine but I feel Italian music would be more apt. The bill is presented in a lovely wooden box which is a nice touch. Service was warm and friendly. Thoroughly recommended.

My wife and I heard great things about food in Salina but were disappointed after trying a few restaurants in Malfa. However, this restaurant was fantastic and we returned for a second meal. We had the mixed starters, scorpionfish pasta, breadcrumb pasta and a daily special amberjack on our return trip. The fish ball from the mixed starter was so good we ordered it separately on our return visit. Fantastic food and friendly service!

Beautiful authentic food served by warm and friendly people. We had the pleasure of having dinner here on our first night in Salina and are hoping to go back again soon! The antipasti platter was incredible and the anchovy pasta was our delicious. We also had the fish of the day and it was a perfectly cooked tuna steak, some of the best fish we’ve ever had.

We had the homemade appetisers (arancini and fish ball were outstanding), Ammuddicatti (spaghetti with breadcrumbs), pacherro with scorpion fish. Everything was amazing and we would come back again. Disappointed by all the restaurants we have tried on Salina and this is definitely the best! Cozy vibes with attentive service. Highly recommend!

We had in Trattori A Quadara one of our 5 dinner at Salina. The food belongs to one of the best, but the service was a bit disorganized and seemed to be stressed. We had a mixed plate and pasta as starter and the swordfish filet and rolls as main course, it was really good. Only the pasta was just okay. The vine was good, the dolci (Semifredo Pistaccio) excellent. The price level is a bit high but "normal" for Salina.
