Beautiful authentic food served by warm and friendly people. We had the pleasure of having dinner here on our first night in Salina and are hoping to go back again soon! The antipasti platter was incredible and the anchovy pasta was our delicious. We also had the fish of the day and it was a perfectly cooked tuna steak, some of the best fish we’ve ever had.

We highly recommend this restaurant. The menu and the food explanations from the staff are not pretentious at all so it's a pleasent surprise to taste their dishes which are the best we had in Salina. Pasta e ceci with octopus is amazing as well as the double cooked octopus , the misto fritto , but my favourite was the pasta ammuddicchiata , perfectly balanced in mixing the traditional ingredients. Crostata ricotta and pears with chocolate and millefoglie di cannolo was the perfect ending. The staff is very nice too !!

We had in Trattori A Quadara one of our 5 dinner at Salina. The food belongs to one of the best, but the service was a bit disorganized and seemed to be stressed. We had a mixed plate and pasta as starter and the swordfish filet and rolls as main course, it was really good. Only the pasta was just okay. The vine was good, the dolci (Semifredo Pistaccio) excellent. The price level is a bit high but "normal" for Salina.

My wife and I had dinner here on our first night in Salina. The food and service were excellent! We enjoyed local wines, the beef carpaccio, and the pesto pasta. Our favourite main was the grilled amberjack and the tiramisu is amazing! A very special evening and we hope to return again one day — much love from Canada!

Fantastic place. Food is incredible and staff so so lovely. I have been here twice two years apart and both meals were epically memorable. Seafood pasta special was beautiful as was the tirimisu. Will come again next time.

Lovely family owned restaurant with delicious food and high quality ingredients. We found the prices reasonable, particularly for the quality and portions. (Some other restaurants in Malfa we paid 18 euro for pasta and it received 4-5 pieces of ravioli.) The octopus was great! Thanks for an amazing evening.

We had diner at this place yesterday because it looked cosy. We had the starters of the house as antipasti, which were good. The main course however was disappointing. More expensive compared to other restaurants, lower quality and little taste, and very small portions. We did not go for dessert, but went to the pizzeria next door to have a good pizza.
