We spent four days at A Serenda and we absolutely loved it! The surroundings exude a state of peace and calm. Our room was modernly decorated and pleasant. The hotel is managed by people who truly care about the place, always ready to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast was delicious with a diverse selection. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made cappuccino. |What stood out the most were the breathtaking views of the natural surroundings, the cozy atmosphere and the wonderful staff.

This was our second to the last stop on our 10 day trip in Portugal and it was one of the best. The staff was exemplary. The location was remote and peaceful. Our suite was the most luxurious of the trip with its beautiful views across the creek canyon to the forest Hills and onto the coast at Sesimbra. They provide one complementary glass of wine and with that we ordered an afternoon snack, expressing our interest in salad. We got a large fresh, delicious, healthy salad to split between us. So good! They have a set meal in town, which was not something we wanted that night, so we ate in town. We both wish that the offering was something to our liking, but we fully understand with the limited staff. Those guests who did stay for the meal seemed to have an excellent meal. The complementary breakfast in the morning was also delicious. This is one of the few visits where we wished we were able to stay a second night, and if it were a little warmer, we would have jumped in the pool, which looks out over the vineyards. It is a stunning property run by an efficient competent staff.

From the reservation to the check out, everything was amazing. Great wines to try, can’t wait to come back one day. This place is a gem.

Everything was perfect! The bedroom was very cozy and with a lot of natural light (the bed is the most comfortable I have ever tried). The breakfast was great too, with a lot of regional products! We also did the wine tasting and I recommend it too.

Marvelous location, stunning views from the infinity pool. Rooms are very spacious with all amenities you can think of.|Breakfast is amazing, with a personal touch too. Highly recommend for a romantic stay. Also have some wine from their own wineyard... worth the taste

From the moment we walked into the reception area life stood still with the panoramic view and the warmth from the owner. It’s a small tranquil place with 8 rooms in the countryside surrounded by vineyards and country roads. Everyone was so friendly its was like I was with my family back home and the food with the included breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely return and highly recommend.
