A-Stay Antwerp

Had a great trip! Super convenient location by the train station (exiting at the back it’s just across the street) I was able to go everywhere I wanted on foot. The rooms are well designed and the bed is super comfy! I didn’t experience any noise despite having a view over the station and train tracks, and I really liked being able to adjust the lighting in the room. Had a tasty pizza that I could cook in the self-serve lobby, and breakfast was nice. I definitely recommend !

I've never had this good a value in a hotel, ever. Chic, very well designed, and comfy room & bed (I got a corner room with gorgeous views, which obviously won't exist in every room), easy check in, breakfast on par with similar hotels. I loved the kind industrial vibe in the hallways - I honestly thought it was stylish, though clearly this is where they saved the money to make it a more affordable hotel. Excellent location - walkable to everything cool, and ridiculously convenient to trains.

Really enjoyable stay and super central location. Had a room on the top floor and the views were quite enjoyable. I was surprised i didn't hear any noise considering we are across from the station and i could see the tracks, but had a wonderful sleep in the large comfy bed. The staff is very nice and the pizza you make yourself was tasty (once i figured how to work the oven). Will definitely look to come back if in teh area.

Super nice hotel!. It has the sphere and ambiance of a sort of hostel, which was very cute. The service was good: we asked for more pillows and we got some extra ones immediately. The hotel is literally next to Antwerp Central Station, and in a 5 minute walk you are in the shopping street. The bed was nice and the rooms very new, up to date, clean and cosy. We didn't choose for the breakfast but it smelled very good every morning. The hotel is very sustainable, which is a very innovative choice. We definitely would go back and recommend A-stay to others!

Very sweet and helpful staff! We had a problem and were helped a lot by one of the staff members and it made our stay a lot better! Thennn maybe the less amazing sides: The rooms have pretty transparent bathrooms and showers. For us that wasn't an issue, but it might be something to keep in mind. I can imagine it's not comfortable for everyone. And personally I think the breakfast is on the pricey side, but again, the staff is sweet and very helpful and that's what I'll mostly remember.

Having stayed there several times, I must say it’s a very dynamic and highly futuristic hotel, designed both for those who need to stay in Antwerp for work and for those who want to explore the city. We stayed at this hotel during the Tomorrowland festival in July with a group of friends. Although it was listed as a three-star hotel on the booking site, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and atmosphere.||Our room was located on one of the top floors, offering stunning views from the windows. It was compact, stylishly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The space was used efficiently, making the most of every square meter.||The hotel offered breakfast and late-night snacks for purchase, and there was even a self-service beer tap — a fun and convenient touch! A cozy little backyard with a patio and hanging basket chairs added to the charm.||The location is unbeatable: the train station is conveniently just across the street, which played a big role in our decision to book. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay

What we liked:Overall the hotel has ample, clean public space and the room was spacious with a separate toilet area, shower area and sink / vanity area. This made getting ready and using the facilities for two ppl easier. The room also had a fridge. The hotel is also right across the road from the main train station and a short 10 min walk to bus depot (Rooseveltplaats). So very good for traveling into and through Antwerp.For pre checkin and post checkout they offer private free lockers for your luggage. Through it is first come, first serve and they don’t have that many of them (we had no problems fitting a 40l bag, a 28l backpack and tote bag into one middle size storage cube).Small things that we didn’t like but can deal with:Limited in room amenities, there was no kettle or mugs, etc in the room. We were left a bottle of water but it wasn’t clear if it was free or not. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy (very quiet at night) but decently lite. They did require your room code to get back into the hotel after midnight. The hotel is close to the train station but farther from the old city. It is a good 20-25 min walk to that area. We are ok to walk, so didn’t mind much but it is further than some other hotels.
