A Tafona Do Peregrino

Mold in bathroom.... Room and bathroom needs some maintenance care. Only hot water in the morning. Evening shower luke warm. Bed comfortable... Linen very clean. No tea making facilities. Good night's sleep. Plastic dividing neighbours terrace inadequate and offers no security.

My husband and I stayed in room #3 for one night. The beds and floor are super creaky, but for one night it was fine. The front desk staff were very nice. The location was really good because we could walk to SdC center in no time at all. We parked at the La Salle parking garage. It was 20 euro for one day.

Clean rooms, good location, friendly service. Breakfast subpar. Rooms very noisy and you can easily hear others in their rooms. Good thing is there was hot water and the AC actually worked.

I never post complains online but unfortunately this hotel is no good. My stay is not even over yet but there’s no other way to explain how much I don’t recommend this place. It is not foreign friendly, even when spoken in Spanish, it was a mess to get details. There is no staff present in the hotel at night and the doors are locked to the outside so if there’s an emergency I guess we are done for. When the phone number in the reception was called I was rudely spoken to, had no information, a lot of “no comprendo” and a “I’m at home” ???????? What do you mean you’re at home??? When the staff arrived at the hotel they asked a guest to open the door for them... I’m sorry what? Now it’s almost 6 AM and I just have a bad taste in my mouth after this experience. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Not recommended.

clean tidy and handy to get to. Bus stop from airport us only few minutes walk. Get off at below the old market and just cross the road and head up 2 minutes walk we walked down towards Galicia Square and had to walk back up. The place is opposite the old priests college. Guy at breakfast was helpful

Nice quiet hotel. Pleasant , helpful staff. Rooms are clean. Location is great. Breakfast is simple but good. Fresh made coffee of choice for breakfast.

Such a shame that the Tafona Do Peregrino does not offer the extensions to peoples vouchers that are living in places like Australia and cannot come to Spain. What happened to the spirit of the camino way.

A stunningly beautiful small boutique hotel. This is my third visit and I love it! Friendly staff, gorgeous rooms and a walk a it's the road to the old town. Perfect!
