Restaurant A Tana

Very friendly and welcoming staff, excellent food and atmosphere. The pasta sauces and the daily suggestions are amazing, and the tiramisu is a must try. We came two times during our stay!

Prepare to face fiendishly good food and atmosphere. A Tana is a truly special place, no small thanks to the Grand Wizard whose magic permeates both the dishes and the décor. While mostly haunting the nether spaces of this cave-like harbour restaurant, when the chef - whose cooking wizardry may be even surpassed by his storytelling - surfaces, he either scares the wits out of you with live-action horror scenes (quote: '"I realize that putting my black gloves on like this may seem somewhat psychotic") or mixes a wickedly strong martini cocktail. Don't forget to ask after the demonic tableau painted over in the back corner!

The best carbonara we’ve ever had

It was fantastic to look at, but a little less so when you tasted it. Overall, this restaurant is fine.

One of the best pizza and spaghetti that I have ever tasted. Of course, not everything was perfect. Burrata was not good as I expected, it was more like mozzarella, lacking that creaminess from burrata. Service was fine.

Affordable, scrumptious and authentic cuisine, you will love it. Close to the sea, in an alley of the old town. Recommended 👍🏼

Must try pasta in Bastia, i would recommend to try the sicilia pasta and Tiramisu. A good place for lunch in the streets. Service is also quick.

Best pasta with fish had in Corsica, so far. Truly recommended! Especially the Spaghetti au fruit de mer!

What a lovely find. This restaurant let us enjoy the most wonderful seafood pasta in such a pleasant atmosphere. We opted for indoor seating. Limited seating was available outdoors as well. I usually prefer outdoor seating but this place was so welcoming inside we could not resist.
