A Taste of Italy

I was not expecting to find such authentic Italian food in the Seychelles!! Esp as vegetarians, there were so many options of pasta and pizza. We ate a lot of other pizza on the islands- none compares to the taste here- true Italian ingredients. And the best part was the chef Alex who makes the whole restaurant feel like we were having a home cooked meal- we met many locals who come here on a regular basis. Come here if you are looking for a down to earth vibe with amazing food and company. The prices also are amazing in comparison to overpriced restaurants all around the island with mediocre vegetarian food.

As an Italian who recently moved to Mahé for work, I was feeling a bit lost at first, but discovering Taste of Italy was such a blessing. Alex and his wife were incredibly welcoming and kind; they even sat down with me during lunch to chat and share great local insights and tips about life on the island. Their warmth truly made me feel at home. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious, authentic, full of flavor, and made with real care. It’s rare to find such genuine Italian hospitality so far from home. I left not only with a happy heart and full stomach, but also with the feeling that I’d just spent time with friends. the food was great. The food is freshly prepared. The staff is very nice and accommodating and the price is fair. the chef helps in the restaurant and also cooks. If you eat there in the Seychelles, it's definitely worth it. and the big lemonade and the ice cream i can only say: very tasty.

the best Italian restaurant in Seychelles. The name of the restaurant is so fitting because it is really a taste of Italy. I highly HIGLY recommend going there because the pizza and the pasta are simply outstanding. the only suggestion i might have is giving chili and/or garlic infused olive oil to the table :)

Best Pizza in Victoria as far as I am concerned. Live music on a Friday night which was very enjoyable. Vegetarian and Vegan Pizza available too. Mille Grazie!

Got a delicious Diavola (pepperoni) pizza. Absolutely delicious and fresh ingredients. The nice wood-fired pizza had a perfect crust. The menu has so many options. Quaint little spot in Victoria Market.

Great food, the most authentic pizza napoletana in Seychelles. We also enjoyed the Lasagna. Will be back the next time we come to Seychelles.
