I’ve been wanting to try this food truck forever but kept missing them. I finally ordered today and LET ME TELL YOU it was worth the wait! The BEST bistec sandwich I’ve ever had and this is coming from a true Puerto Rican!!! 🔥🤌🏽

Wow! The arroz con gandules was FENOMENAL! with lots of great flavor without being over seasoned with little bits of smoked ham like my grandma use to make. The tostones with garlic was delicious 😋 and the cerdo was on point. I wish I had two stomachs so I can eat again 😩

I had seen a few people mention this Puerto Rican food truck on a Facebook group, and I knew I had to come and try it for myself. I arrived the other afternoon around 3:45 pm or so and I asked about their daily food special (which I saw earlier in the day that they had arroz con guandules, pernil and ensalada), but they told me they ran out around 2 hours before I got there. I’ve been craving that plate since I went, but I just haven’t caught it in time yet! I know I will soon LOL i just have to go early! And that is my issue because I get so distracted in the mornings, that by the time I remember and check, they are sold out again. :( which is so great for them because it is a clear sign that their food is amazing! So on to what I did eat that day 😂 I had the bistec sandwich and my husband has the Bis-chuga sandwich. We ordered 1 sorrullito and jugo de parcha (passion fruit juice). Oh and their tostones?! Do yourself a favor and don’t skip out on ordering those because they come with this delicious ajo mojo in top that just makes the tostones that much more tasty! Cherry on top would definitely be the friendly service offered by this humble family. You can tell they pour their heart, sweat and soul into this business and that is why they will continue to succeed. This food truck is a hidden gem! Every bite tasted like a trip to the islands—fresh, bold, and full of authentic flavor. The empanada was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat. Unreal. I also had a passion fruit drink made from scratch. You can tell everything is made with care and passion. The staff were super friendly, and the vibe around the truck felt like a little slice of the Caribbean. Fast service, generous portions, and prices that won’t break the bank. If you’re craving island comfort food that hits the spot every time, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

The best Puerto Rican food truck. My favorite is the bistec sandwich. I crave this sandwich. We have also had the Pernil sandwich and tostones. The tostones with the garlic mojo is heaven! Everything is very delicious! The service is always great and super friendly. I'm so happy they are close to where I live. I will continue to go back.

I never been to Puerto Rico, but eaten. That food makes me feel like I'm right there. This place has to be one of the best food trucks around So when you're tired of eating mcdonald's burger king wendy's arby's and the usual ,stop by a taste of puerto rico.100

I tried the arroz con gandules and fried pork and it tasted amazing! Now , next time I will try the 100x35 sandwich. I definitively recommend this place.

We were recommended by this place by my husband's coworker. Surprisingly, this is a four minute drive from our house, which was very convenient. It's located in o'Reilly's parking lot. Everybody was so friendly and helpful when I needed recommendations on what to order and obviously get my Coquito fix for this year. They do not include the rum because do not have the proper license to sell alcohol so you only get the mix. They have three different flavors, regular pistachio, and Nutella. This is $20 a bottle with no rum, so please keep that in mind. It is hard to go overboard when you just want everything. I opted for the original and pistachio. I also did place an order for the beef empanada and pizza empanada. I asked the lady behind the counter what her favorite menu item was, and she recommended for the chicken and steak sandwich. The sandwich is very large so I would highly recommend sharing or hoping to get a second meal out of it. We have at the moment, tried both of the empanadas and they're very delicious with some added hot sauce. They do have small tables and it is shaded in front of the food truck so you can sit down and enjoy your meal.
