We had the opportunity to enjoy the tasting menu at A to Z, and I can confidently say it was the best culinary experience I’ve had in Panama. We were personally attended by the owner and chef himself, together with an exceptional team—something that truly elevates the entire experience. Each dish was a surprise: unique creations made exclusively with local ingredients, executed with impeccable technique, perfectly balanced flavors, and a creativity that feels honest, without excess or pretension. There is a deep respect for the product and a clear story behind every preparation. The experience goes far beyond the food. The pacing of the menu, the attention to detail, and the service—warm, professional, and full of passion—make you feel genuinely cared for throughout the evening. We went as a couple and left with the feeling of having lived something truly special, one of those moments you remember and recommend without hesitation. A to Z is not just a restaurant; it is a culinary experience of the highest level. Absolutely memorable.

A to Z was a truly magical culinary experience. From the very first offering of the breads, I ate things that I would not ordinarily try and enjoyed every single one. The use of locally grown produce in all the dishes, the detail to the plating, the blend of flavours and the chef's personal and deliberate intention to explain each dish and invite you to "enjoy"....pure Bliss! This was a one of a kind experience that I encourage anyone interested in experiencing different culinary cultures to try. Chef Ariel has created a master piece here.

I would like to know the person who didn’t rate this 5 stars. It was incredible from start to finish. It was ranked on most lists as Panama’s #1 restaurant and pound for pound it is good as anything in NYC, Mexico City, LA….

Everything was amazing. The food, the drinks, the service, and the atmosphere. First time I’ve tried raw tuna and I was not disappointed. I’m not adventurous when it comes to food but I went in with an open mind and was blown away by the flavors. Would definitely go back.

Fantastic dining experience! I'm still thinking about some of the dishes we had. The chef (Arielle) was super accommodating to my dietary needs, which I really appreciated.

An absolutely exceptional experience! Ariel guided us through each dish with stories about the ingredients’ origins — it felt like dinner and a show. The food was superb, and I’ll definitely be coming back with friends next time!
