If I could give this place zero Stars, I would.
1. My wife and I were discriminated against by this place. My wife uses a wheelchair. When we entered the restaurant, one of the employees greeted me, took a look at my wife, and decided to focus her attention solely on me. She took a look around the restaurant, and then told me, while only looking at me, and doing her best to avoid looking at my wife, that it would be an hour before we could be seated. She did not ask if we were willing to wait.
My wife and I were offended, and we left the restaurant. However, we decided to return shortly thereafter to discuss the issue with the manager. A manager told my wife that we could not be seated because the kitchen was backed up. Coming from a restaurant family, I know that to be absurd. What you should do is tell the customer that you are a little bit backed up, so that they know what's going on. They lied, and when called out on it, they gave another excuse.
The second problem was the roach that I saw. While my wife was telling the manager that their treatment of us was unacceptable, I saw what appeared to be a juvenile German cockroach crawling across the floor. The thing is this was around noon on a Sunday. That's not roach time, so it's a serious problem that it would decide to come out then.
