My name is Dr. Allison Haughton-Green, a preventative medicine physician in Orlando Florida. I have struggled with migraines, and chronic neck and upper back and lat pain for 16+ years. I have been to orthopedic surgeons and neurologists. I chose not to take the prescriptions and manage my pain in a holistic fashion. Deep tissue massage, coupled with chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, stretching and zumba are the holistic ways I incorporate into my routine to keep my pain at bay. I have had the same massage therapist for over 10 years but he was busy 1 month ago when I woke up with a horrific migraine. Tanya Riggs came to the rescue. I had a 2 hour massage with her and I left her massage table a rejuvenated person! She pressed deep and found my trigger points and when to work to extinguish them! I loved how she said "your body talks to me". She looks for leg length discrepancy and shared that my pain was coming from my hip muscle. She told me to take some deep breaths as she worked on my hip flexor muscles. She was going to fix what was wrong. Period. She is a brilliant massage therapist that truly wants to help you be your best. Her heart to help others, coupled with her Christian faith, makes you want to keep going to her for healing. This was my first time ever doing a colonics, Tanya made me feel very comfortable and she was very professional I must say I was highly satisfied with the services she provided for me. I definitely will recommend her services! I have lost weight,I am having regular bowel movements and feel so much better. I had colon hydrotherapy done a few times at sione wellness, where they leave you in a room and let you do your thing, then you get dressed and leave and that's that. What I got from Tanya was so much more than that. She talked with me for a half hour before we started and shared sooo much helpful information that I didn't even know, and I research health related things every day, so I'd consider myself pretty knowledgeable.. this woman had a wealth of info, and knew a lot about my blood type and what I should and shouldn't be eating. Better advice than any doctor I've gone to. Holistic health is the way to go. She does the hydrotherapy manually and listens to your body. I realized how dangerous it was leaving me to do my own thing at scion, having gallons being pumped into me with no supervision. She talked to me the whole time giving me tips and it didn't even feel weird. I felt like I was chatting with a friend. She's popular so she books a bit out (I waited almost 2 months) but it was WELL worth the wait. I feel great! Can't wait to go back. Thanks so much!

Tonya, is a wealth of knowledge! She gave me some tips that changed how I felt drastically. This last time ever since my sessions I have been sleeping and finally feeling rested! Toxins in the body are so dangerous.

I have been looking for the best masseuse in Orlando since I moved here and I am so glad I found her! Her name is Tanya, she is the owner here and is the only one you can get for a massage as she is very particular about her work and I am so grateful for that. Tanya cares about her work and takes the time to work out what is wrong with your body and knows the body inside and out, literally. She also does hydrocolon-therapy which I haven't tried but I know people who have had great results from this. I have been to other massage parlors around Orlando and no others stack up to this. Do yourself a favor and go and see Tanya for a deep-tissue massage or sweedish or whatever you want, I'm sure she can do whatever desire.

Hands down, Tanya is the best massage therapist that I have gone to. I've been going to her since 2011 and will not go to anyone else. The first time I received a Swedish massage from her, she made me feel very comfortable and released so much stress from my body. I remember going home and having the best sleep in a long time due to all the tension that was released. She also specializes in colon therapy which has also helped me feel a million times better. She carries some herbal remedies and probiotics that are top notch that work well with a colonics. She is amazing!
