We had some of our belongings stolen during our stay in this hotel. We were there from 28th to 30th April 2016. In April 30th , as soon as we got back to our room, we noticed that a laptop was missing. A bag containing something around 200 Euros, in Brazilian currency was also missing, subtracted from a suitcase that we found opened. When we went to the reception of the hotel we saw something very weird: the trash bag from our room was forgotten on a table by the person that was cleaning the rooms. When we managed to talk to the receptionist about our missing belongings, he became quite angry and irritable, assuming a defensive attitude. He called the manager, who checked the room but did nothing about the case beyond tell us to go to the police, report the fact and fill a complaint, what we did. In spite of the fact that it was already 23:30 h, we had to go by ourselves to the police station, since no one from the staff accompanied us, or gave us any support. In the next day, a Sunday, we tried to talk again with the manager but he told us he does not work during the Sunday mornings and he wouldn't go to the hotel only to talk to us. Due to this treatment and the negligence we decided to move to another hotel. After two days we were contacted by the first hotel's staff and they sent us a camera record showing a stranger entering the room and stealing the things. They promised us another laptop, but said they couldn't do anything about the money, since we should have used the safe in the room. We pondered that the laptops (we had two) and the bag with the money wouldn't fit in the small safe located at the room. In our opinion the problem is the hotel's lack of security. We were promised to refund the notebook but went back. Do not recommend this hotel. Is unsafe, dangerous. They're not going to restore anything.
Tivemos alguns dos nossos pertences roubados durante a nossa estadia neste hotel. Nós estávamos lá de 28 a 30 de abril de 2016. Em 30 de abril, assim que voltamos para o nosso quarto, notamos que um laptop havia desaparecido. Levaram também em torno de 200 Euros, em moeda corrente nacional também estava aberta uma mala que . Quando fomos para a recepção do hotel vimos algo muito estranho: o saco de lixo de nossa sala foi esquecido na mesa pela pessoa que estava limpando os quartos. Quando conseguimos falar com o rapaz da recepção sobre nossos pertences desaparecidos, ele ficou bastante irritado assumindo uma atitude defensiva. Ele chamou o gerente, que viu o quarto, mas nada fez sobre o caso, além de nos dizer para irmos à polícia, comunicar o fato e preencher uma reclamação, o que fizemos. Apesar do fato de que já era 23:30 h, tivemos que ir sozinhas à delegacia de polícia, já que ninguém da equipe acompanhou-nos, ou nos deu qualquer apoio. No dia seguinte, um domingo, nós tentamos falar novamente com o gerente, mas ele nos disse que ele não trabalha durante as manhãs de domingo e ele não iria para o hotel apenas para falar com a gente. Devido a este tratamento e a negligência, decidimos mudar para outro hotel. Depois de dois dias fomos contatados pelo pessoal do hotel .Primeiro e enviaram-em um registro de câmera mostrando um estranho entrar no quarto e roubar as coisas. Eles nos prometeram outro laptop, mas disseram que não podiam fazer nada sobre o dinheiro, mas depois voltaram atrás e não vão mais ressarcir nada. Esse hotel é perigoso, inseguro e a direção não dá nenhum apoio aos hóspedes.
