Deceptive, unsafe, and under Expedia investigation|||This place is a trap. Stay away.||1. Locked door, no staff. I arrived at 12 midnight. The entrance was locked. No signs, no instructions. No one at the front desk. I stood there for 10 minutes before I saw a single human being.|||2. Parking scam! The listing clearly said “parking space included.” That was a lie. When someone finally showed up, they told me directly: “We don’t have any parking spots — not now, not ever.” Then they sent me off to a private lot blocks away and told me to pay $50 extra, in the middle of the night.|||3. I never even checked in — and they still refused to refund me. I didn’t use the room. I didn’t stay. I didn’t get anything. They wanted full amount anyway.|||4. Expedia confirmed the listing was deceptive and opened the hotel investigation case. I was relocated — but it took over 2 hours, most of which I spent outside, on the street, in the middle of the night, trying to get help.|||5. While I was still on the phone with Expedia in the lobby, the receptionist told me the sound of my call was bothering her. That’s what I got instead of support — a complaint about my voice ||This isn’t bad service — it’s deception, negligence, and contempt for guests.|Don’t go near this place.

We stayed two nights in a deluxe room. The décor of the hotel and room are tasteful and create a relaxed atmosphere. I especially liked the throne chair in the elevator! The room was comfortable and it was quiet. We didn't hear noise from the street and we were there during the week. The location is good, and the construction outside didn't bother us. There's a nice sitting area at the back of the hotel where we sat in the evening, and the hotel provides backgammon and other games. The only negative thing is that the bikes weren't in good shape.

Rarely do you encounter a place with such an amazing atmosphere, that is maintained so meticulously by a staff that literally runs for any need you have, and does it all with a smile!|From the carefully designed room, to the lovely yard (in such a central location!), and the homey delicious breakfast, this place is fantastic and has it all. (Even the price is excellent!) |We went with our 2 youngling, but we will return for a more romantic vacation here.|Highly recommend!

This charming little hotel is a gem in Tel Aviv. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and modern, and the hotel decor has a lot of character unique touches. It is convenient to main thoroughfares, restaurants, shopping, etc., and there is a quiet outdoor courtyard in the center. Had an exceptional stay and will definitely return!

I'll start with the pros: This hotel is centrally located, and the staff are nice and go out of their way to try and accommodate guests. They are really the main reason I ended up giving the hotel 3 stars.||However, the hotel is located in the middle of a multi-year infrastructure project that, through no fault of their own, makes it an impossible stay for anybody with a car. Virtually all the streets around the hotel are blocked off, and Google Maps isn't updated so you'll constantly find yourself making impossibly long detours trying to get to a parking lot.||Which parking lot, you ask? Not the hotel's because it doesn't have one. Also, not the one a couple of blocks away that the hotel directs you to, because it is ALWAYS at capacity and you simply won't be able to use it. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and wasn't able to use that parking lot a single time. Therefore, the only options are: Park at the Tel Aviv Port, a 12 minute walk from the hotel, or park at Dizengoff 221, a 4 minute walk from the hotel but also a NIS 250 overnight charge to park ($70).||Long story short, this hotel simply can't be considered as an option for anybody with a car, and I wish they had told me that upfront rather than continuing to tell me that the lot next to the hotel will be free "tomorrow", "on weekdays", etc. It wasn't and it isn't, period.
