This goat dairy farm wound up being a surprise highlight in Lofoten! We drove up at ~4pm on a Thursday and wandered into the farm store, where we met the owner, Aalan, learned the history of his family farm and about how Norwegian brown cheese (brunost) is made, and were treated to a generous tasting of every kind of cheese they carry. The brown goat cheese is unmissable (and you can get it on a freshly made waffle there as well!)
