My kids and I spent 10 unforgettable days at the Aanari Hotel with a beach view and it was, without a doubt, the most memorable holiday we've ever had. The hotel's perfect location, combined with exceptional customer service from every staff member — from the cleaning team to reception and the restaurant staff — made our stay truly special.||Themed dinners added a unique charm to our experience, with Christmas Eve being particularly heartwarming. Even though we were far from South Africa, we felt so much love and warmth, making it all the more worthwhile.||I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Kaveer, who ensured my room was immaculate every day and that I had everything I needed. Mandal, your attentiveness during breakfast and dinner did not go unnoticed — thank you for always taking care of us. And Nish, your dedication to going above and beyond for all guests was truly inspiring.||Staying for an extended period allowed me to witness the tremendous effort you and your fantastic team put into organizing the dinner events and creating memorable experiences for your guests. The live band and nostalgic music were the perfect touches that made leaving the island so difficult.||Thank you for a truly magical holiday. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing stay at aanari hotel. Great attention to detail by the reception team and restaurant team. My husband loved the chinese buffet with the large variety of snacks and i, myself enjoyed the italian buffet on Friday night. ||||Our clean and spacious room had a balcony with seaview and we enjoyed our afternoon tea there. Great live entertainment on Saturday night - highly recommended to those who loves to dance! ||||Sad to leave aanari hotel but we surely come again.

A warm welcome with a smile and enthusiasm at Reception/Lobby. Warm hospitable staff and very helpful. Room clean and smelling fresh. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast (good waiters). Walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach within metres of the hotel.||Spa treatment was the best. Got a Bamboo message, which felt as if it was my first time getting a professional massage. Big up to Vedna (you exude tranquility and all the right energy around you). See you next time I am in Flic en Flac

I wish I had something positive to say about this place. Three of us visited the buffet breakfast last Sunday, which cost Rs. 750 per person. The buffet was supposed to run until 10 a.m., but we arrived at 8:40 am. and found that they had already run out of food. When we asked for refills, we were told that certain items were completely unavailable. The scrambled eggs, which were part of the package, were cold, so we ordered three omelets. Unfortunately, none of the ingredients we requested were included. We specifically asked for no cheese. The omelet came with cheese. To make matters worse, the white beans were just floating in a bowl of red sauce, and the orange juice was nonexistent. For Rs. 750, I didn’t expect a lavish breakfast, but I certainly expected food that was edible. We are extremely disappointed and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Ive been to this hotel 2 years ago for a week end inJuly 2022. And this year i made it with my husband and nephews.|It was a rgreat joy to be part of this family again. The food was great, the service was great, great thanks to miss Khushi and miss Ayesha. Special thanks to the front desk and to kitchen team. First the good: When spoken to, the hotel at least seemed to be trying to find a solution to something. It was also positive that I was allowed to change rooms twice at my own request (due to noise). That's the only reason there are two rating stars instead of one star. Now what needs to be improved: The most serious point I found was the dinner, which was usually served cold, which was really a big disappointment. It was completely unnecessary and inconsiderate to serve the guests the cold buffet. Some of the dishes were elaborately prepared and you actually wanted to look forward to them. But most of the food was cold even at the beginning of the buffet time, which I personally asked different employees (of different ranks) about on different days. Under no circumstances can the hotel claim that it was unaware of the problem. I don't just think that the food being left out cold is an outrage, I also see it as an attempt to persuade guests to pay extra for a meal a la menu. When I was complaining, I was offered the option of making a plate full and then having it warmed up in the kitchen; what I got myself into. The initially cold food was at least lukewarm; but never hot. It really spoiled my appetite, which is why at some point I only ate cold starters there and then went out to eat straight away. None of the employees spoken to there (more than six people over time) even made an attempt to get the buffet warm and keep it warm, even though I made it clear that this was a general problem, not just consisted of a single evening. Given the cold food, it is all the more astonishing that drinks are charged very high prices; for example, 7 euros for a 0.5 liter beer. I therefore definitely do not recommend that anyone interested in traveling book half board, but rather breakfast. But the breakfast was also very disappointing, as you can see in the pictures. The exact same, very limited selection was served consistently for over two weeks. 1 type of sausage, 1 type of cheese, butter. Some of the sausage was so rancid that I wouldn't even have given it to the street dogs to eat. I was forced to shop at the supermarket and bring a bag of my own things with me to the hotel breakfast so that I could at least eat normally and have a bit more variety. In the bathrooms (I saw three different ones) there is always mold-like discoloration somewhere in the tiles. Unfortunately, the rooms weren't always swept and cleaned well, so that on some days I had black feet from walking barefoot in my room. Overall, the stay at Aanari Hotel could be much nicer if the staff put more effort into providing hot food at the evening buffet, breakfast selection and room cleanliness.

The hotel is located just across the flic en flac beach. Just cross the road and be on this beach, very good location. ||Hotel exterior is quite impressive. We had booked a deluxe room which was quite spacious, and had an attached garden. We would have loved beach view but couldn't get one. The interior of the room is quite dated and needs improvements. Very few charging points and they were not near the bed. During the bath, the water comes out from the bath tub, making the bathroom wet. Fortunately their director met us on the last day, seeking our feedback. He came with good homework about the issues. They have started renovating the interior room by room. Room service can be improved, especially picking the calls by the reception and the speed of service. They have provided water dispenser on each floor and that was very convenient. ||We liked the food. Spread for the breakfast as well as for dinner was very good. We are vegetarians and yet we could get good variety. I highly appreciate the hotel person Ram, who ensured that we get at least some vegetarian variety daily. Dessert too was very good. ||Overall we enjoyed our stay here
