Aanari Hotel & Spa

We had booked a club room at Aanari and our stay was fabulous. The room was very spacious with all amenities, and the food was also very good. As a vegetarian couple we had requested them to add Indian foods to the breakfast buffet and they happily obliged with Aloo paratha and Poori etc. The parking is situated behind the hotel so kindly search the Mei Yan Restaurant parking and park the car there. A few tips for improvement from our side - 1)The AC in the room is of insufficient capacity at 1 TR, it should be atleast 2 TR for the club size room to be able to cool it. 2)Bidet spray would be a welcome addition in the bathroom. 3) The glass door to the balcony must have a locking mechanism. Apart from that we had no concerns, our stay was very pleasant.

Great location, food and service. The staff, especially the waiter Mohan, are very welcoming and attentive to clients' needs.|A water dispenser is free of charge near the entrance to the small pool on the first floor. |The hotel settings is nice with outdoor plants, lots of koi fish, paintings and statuettes.|The room does have a comfortable bed and complimentary tea, coffee and water. |However, no handheld bidet in the toilet and only a fixed shower head above the bathtub. Also only two operational local TV channels. Fortunately, Youtube was available.|I would recommend this hotel to relatives and friends.

We had our wedding at Aanari in August 2025 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kelvin and his team were incredibly professional, everything ran smoothly sans tracas. The food was next-level, and the atmosphere kept everyone celebrating long past official end time. We were surprised with the suite with the huge balcony for two nights, easily one of the best rooms in the hotel. Perfect location near the beach, great value, and truly amazing energy. Highly recommended for weddings or special events.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I checked in until the time I left, I was impressed by the excellent service and attention to detail. I would like to extend my special thanks to a few staff, Ram, kushi, and Mandal from the restaurant, their service went beyond expectations, and I truly appreciate their efforts. The reception staff, especially yuvna and siksha, very professional and attentive. They made sure that we had everything we needed, and I could tell they were genuinely dedicated to ensuring our comfort. The room was nice, with a pleasant scent, which made for a relaxing stay. Thanks to all including the owner for creating such a wonderful environment.

Very comfortable hotel, we had a pleasant room with a comfortable bed which emptied out onto the a shared garden which was a lovely surprise.|The food was hit and miss, great fruit selection but the buffet was not always topped up regularly. The buffet food was mostly tasty but usually like warm.|We had lunch in the garden. At where food was much better as freshly cooked, The hotel staff were professional and pleasant but not always warm.|This hotel is in a good location and would be ideal for a bed and breakfast basis.

I booked the room for the three of us to avoid a drive back up north in the rain. As such, I didn’t have any expectations beyond it being convenient. I’m happy to report we had a pleasant stay. Whilst the place looks a little tired in places, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was fresh. We used the pool a few times and it’s small but clean and well maintained. The aircon worked well in the room. Overall, a pleasant experience and we’ll definitely stay again.

Very disappointing stay – Room 131 We are staying at Aanari for 8 days, and the AC in Room 131 has not been working for the past 3 days and now going into the 4th day. Despite repeatedly informing the staff, nothing has been done to fix the issue, and we have not been offered an alternative room either. Staying without a functioning AC in this climate is extremely uncomfortable, especially for a long stay. The lack of urgency and accountability from the management is frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel experience. This situation has seriously affected our stay, and I would not recommend this place unless basic issues like room maintenance and guest comfort are handled more responsibly.

We had a wonderful stay at Aanari Hotel & Spa. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, making our experience truly enjoyable. The location is perfect, especially if you're planning excursions around the island.||A special mention to Rojo at the reception, who was exceptional during check-in - welcoming, professional and efficient. Also ,Ram at the restaurant provided outstanding service throughout our meals.||If you're staying here, don't miss the Peking Duck - it's absolutely worth trying!||Highly recommended!
