The receptionist was polite, friendly, and very helpful, even though the check-in process took longer than expected.
I had booked and fully paid for a room with a twin bed for myself and my wife. However, upon arrival, we were assigned a room with two single beds placed at opposite corners of the room. I immediately informed the receptionist and showed her the photos from the online booking. She promptly checked for alternative availability and offered us another room. While this room did have a joined twinbed, it was extremely small—there was barely enough space to enter the room, as the bed was right against the wall with almost no room to move around. It was impossible for two people to stand outside the bed at the same time, which was disappointing given that we had paid for a larger room.
As it was already quite late and we were staying only for one night, we decided to accept the room rather than search for another hotel.
That said, I would like to commend the receptionist again for her kindness. When we asked for suggestions, she thoughtfully provided us with city public transport tickets, which was much appreciated.
Overall, while the staff service was excellent, the room allocation did not meet expectations based on the booking and payment.
